I called to confirm an appointment I made with them three weeks prior (which was two days until the appointment) and they ended up cancelling. Then they rescheduled later that week for Saturday. Then Friday night they called me to cancel again. I know it’s busy for roofing companies, but nowadays all a man has is his word, and they can’t even keep that. Very dissatisfied with their way or treating potential customers.

I was referred by a friend that had just had a roof installed by Authentic Roofing. I had obtained several bids and found this company to be very reasonable.
