Joe paid attention to specifically what I wanted, and quoted me a reasonable price. When he and his crew came out and did the job they were responsive to concerns about my trees encroaching upon my neighbor's house, and cut accordingly. They did high-quality work and cleaned up better than I expected.

I get it - February's ice storm was a 100 year storm and tree service contractors are busy. But is that an excuse for customer service to go down the drain. Contractors better hope their situation doesn't change anytime soon because many customers have long memories. Joe has been nonresponsive and still has not let me know when I am scheduled. I haven't heard from him since a very short, smug email in June.

They trimmed some really high limbs on some big trees and trimmed some lower lying tree limbs as well. Did quality job and did good clean up after. They were quick and quality and competitively priced.

Joe and his crew work flawlessly and quickly. They are moving non-stop from the moment they arrive and get to work taking trees down in a safe and efficient manner. They removed 3 trees and left the yard impeccably clean. Price was very reasonable for the work done. They came to us highly recommended from others that had used their services and we have to agree...they are great!

This man was working in my neighbor's yard. We got to talking and I pointed out a small dead tree in my yard that I planned on getting my brother to remove with his chainsaw. It was leaning pretty hard on my fence. I went on my way, and when I got home, my dead tree was gone! Thank you Joe. He didn't have to do that, but he saw me (50-something single mom) and he did it for me, quietly, perfectly, without any payment. Wow, they don't make them like that anymore. A true gentleman.
