Building a home had always been a dream of mine. The process is overwhelming and knowing where to begin had us stressed. When i connected with J.E Evans Construction they were able to not only effectively educate us on the entire process, they answered EVERY. SINGLE. QUESTION.

J.E Evans Construction did a very large project for us at Wrightsville Beach. We did a renovation and large addition to a 45 year old beach house. They did a great job and communicated through a construction app to keep us updated weekly. The company stood by us during an issue with the initial plans and quickly switched gears and came up with an even better plan. We are thrilled with the final product.

Mike has been attentive both to us, his customers, and to every detail involved in creating out Guest Cottage. He has been gracious and willing to work with us through changes and consistently kept the costs fair and even below market costs. Mike went way above and beyond by showing up during the last torrential rains to assure me drainage would work and not endanger our little home.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job on our addition. The craftsmanship was/is top notch and our project acceptance punch list was tiny-due to Mike's great work. Our addition has now been through 2 hurricanes with zero issues! I definitely reccomend JE Evans Construction.

J.E.Evans built our home from blueprints we supplied. Jim and Micheal were the great from the beginning. We had several other contractors already bidding on the house when we met them. They sold us on their honesty and past construction performance. Mike and his dad had great ideas that complimented our plans and never led us down the wrong path. Their craftsmanship and quality is carried out throughout the process and the subs they used kept their standards. Our home is now 15 yrs. old and we to this day we still have no complaints, almost no trim separation or any type of cracks throughout the
