Wow! Raul gave us a heads-up that they were early and if we would be okay with an earlier time than our scheduled time. I was completely fine with that information. When Raul arrived, he was very polite, introduced himself, and asked about the areas that were to be cleaned. Immediately, he got to work. He asked if he could leave the front door open, so he could bring in his gear...I also imagine to air out the solutions he was using on the carpet/floor. Called to get a sectional and love seat cleaned. An appointment was available the next day. The day of the appointment Zane called to let me know he had a cancellation and he could come earlier. Great for me! Zane was very friendly and professional. He asked if there were any areas that needed extra attention. He worked in a timely manner and when he was finished the furniture looked so nice. I thought the price was a little high at 225$ but I have not had upholstery professionally cleaned before.

Randomly chose Starr from a Google search. Reviews were good and I liked that it was a smaller, local company.
My first appt I had to reschedule due to not feeling well. They were great with that and understanding.
Today when Zane arrived, & they let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, friendly and professional.

Fantastic service. From the moment we called until the service technician (Zane) left the property. The office staff we very courteous and accommodating in finding a time that worked with my schedule. The technician was courtesy, professional and able to remove the stains in our carpet. He also took the time to protect our wall corners so as not to scratch the paint with his equipment. Prices were very reasonable and worth having a service (vs. attempting to do it ourselves.) We will use them again (and again)!

This was my first time using Starr Cleaning for my apartment carpet and my little area rug. Between my teenagers and little dog, it was just time to get it cleaned and smelling fresh again. Raul came and was super kind and professional. He was done really quickly. When i made my appointment they let me choose the time of day that worked best. On day of cleaning i got updates from Raul when he was on his way which was great since i work from home. The carpet looks great and smells good. The service was super affordable and the products they use are safe for my animals which was incredibly important

Starr is my go-to cleaning service! I've booked them twice before, both times because my dog had an accident in two carpeted rooms of mine. The first time, Raul came and used Starr's special pet stain formula, which completely eliminated the pet odor. It smelled fresher than when I first got the carpets put in !! The second time, Brandon came and the service was just as great. He even showed up early for our meeting appointment. Brandon came out to clean my carpets and he did an amazing job. Honestly I was contemplating on replacing the carpet entirely but I decided to get them cleaned first. This company had so many five star reviews I had to give them a shot. Anyway I am so happy!! I have three kids under 10 and they just destroyed my carpet. This was our second time using Starr. Brandon was excellent! He showed up early and got the job done. He was thorough and helped to get a stain out of the carpet. I bought a sectional sofa from a consignment store. It is a high end sofa but was very dirty. I was able to make an appointment in a very reasonable period of time and Starr Cleaning did a great job. It turned out that there were a couple of spots still on the arms. They came back right away and now the sofa is magnificent. I will definitely use them again!

I searched for a small business locally owned who is licensed, insured and bonded. We wanted out tile and grout cleaned and sealed as well as our kitchen chairs cleaned. I text Jake (the owner) through Yelp. He gave me a quote and it was spot on. No price gouging, add ons at the end. Zane arrived promptly on time. He was very efficient but didn't rush. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures of our grout because Starr did an amazing job!! When I got price quotes, they were the best priced and came the most recommended. I definitely see why! Friendly service and they were super fast! We are very happy with the results! We also used them for carpet a year or so ago and they did a great job then too

I contacted Starr cleaning through Facebook to request a quote after reading a great review of the company on my community page. They were prompt with information, quotes and answered all questions I needed. We had a bad situation with a contractor that led to us needing to get the floors and grout cleaned in the first place and I was super impressed with Starr. Starr Cleaning is the absolute best!! Jake cleans my carpets regularly and he does an AMAZING job every time. He's done my carpets, tile, and furniture and I've had the best experience with it all! He's also super affordable compared to several other carpet cleaning places that I've called, so that's always a plus. And he's just a really nice, easy going guy, so I'd recommend him to anyone!
