Dima and his team are among the best professionals I have ever hired. For our complex, often confusing radiant heating system, Dima took the time, whether in person or via phone/text, to make sure I knew exactly what my options were and to understand the likely outcome of each. He was never pushy and made sure I got the best deal possible, saving me thousands of dollars while executing on the job with first-class workmanship. I really lucked out finding Dima. I contacted him for an estimate on a combi boiler replacement project, and his quotes were very reasonable. He even attempted to save my existing heater in a last ditch effort at no charge. Since I'd already sunk some money into that effort with a couple other companies, by then, I was just ready to move on and replace the system, and I went with SKN Works after reviewing several quotes and asking Dima lots of questions over e-mail.

I highly recommend SKN.
Performed maintenance on our radiant heating system, fixed a couple leaks (expansion tank, condensation overflow), and installed a condensate neutralizer.
SKN also discussed other maintenance items that may be required long term, advised on possible upgrades, and never pushed for any of them. It was an educational conversation that helped me understand our system better.

My entire experience with Dima was exceptional, from start to finish. Dima came out for an estimate and we talked through different approaches and ways that we could save money. We further communicated and worked through options on email. He was open to all my ideas, gave great feedback, and was happy to proceed as I desired. Dima helped repaired 2 leaking manifold for the infloor heating system. He is the most honest businessman I have ever met. He spend a lot of time educating us how the infloor heating system works and why it leaks.

I cannot say enough about the best customer service experience I had with Dima. He was responsive, deligient and helpful.
Unexpectedly, our pump started to make loud banging sound last Wednesday. It was scary. I called atleast 5 different service companies (recommended by friends and neighbors). No was available for several days and could not help with what I thought was urgent.
I started to go through businesses listed in yelp. Still similar response. Apparently, the technicians are in high demand are booked out for weeks ahead. It was very frustrating that no one was willing to give any

This is my first time writing a review because my experience was awesome! Dima showed up on time, wore a mask, took off his shoes , laid down floor coverings.. all without me asking! super respectful ... he replaced my garbage disposal and water heater tank in the garage.. very thorough job .. double checked gas and water leakage and cleaned up and taught me a few things .. i would totally recommend him

We attempted to get quotes from 3-4 contractors to replace our gas-fired boiler and hot water tank. The "big guys" were either way more expensive or wanted to charge us just to provide an estimate. Dima came over to our house right away and very thoughtfully consulted with us on the best solution for our home. We went with a combination tankless hot water heater which we are now thrilled to have.

I highly recommend Diem, he is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He converted my old system radiant heat thermostat to a smart Mysa, which was was not that straightforward due to the original setup. He is honest, fair and hardworking. The pipes in my house have been making a howling noise for almost 12 months now. I have contacted more than 20 plumbers/technicians, most of them knowing very little about radiant floor heating (which is what I have).
More than 10 different plumbers/technicians have came out to my house to try to “diagnosis” the problem. They changed some expensive parts – costing me more than $1,000 total – and the noise still persists.

SKN Works demonstrated the highest level of contractor skill, responsibility and value. I have had many contractors do work on my house over the last 24 years, and only one other has been as responsive, responsible and skilled as Dima.
Dima was responsive to my email, came over the next day to provide an estimate, and recommended a system to replace my failing combi-core water heater that is simply perfect.

Dima knows what he's doing and is super responsive to boot. I highly recommend these guys. I reached out with a concern about my newly acquired hydronic heating system and he came over and diagnosed the issue pretty much instantly. Did a great job explaining the pros and cons of my system and provided a ton of helpful info on how to maintain it.
I also had an unrelated question about smart thermostats that he wasn't sure about, but he went and did some research on it and sent me some resources that have been very helpful.
Based on his recommendation, we're going to make some modifications

As a realtor, I've owned and remodeled several houses. I've had so many bad experiences with contractors I don't know where to begin. Not this time, though. SKN Works did a wonderful job for us remodeling much of our home including 2 bathrooms, downstairs rec area, kitchen, and installing a new sprinkler system. There is little in this house they didn't remodel and their process was collaborative and never pushy. The work is well-done and we are so delighted with our house. Highly recommended.

We had a custom tile shower and floor built by Dima of SKN Works. The bathroom being remodeled had imperfect framing and floor slab, so the fact that his work was perfectly level, plumb and aligned is amazing. Dima showed both a strong aesthetic sense of his own as well as sensitivity to our taste (and budget) Dima is also respectful, kind, and courteous, and deeply honest. He gave me free advice and guidance on several parts of the remodel process I was handling myself.
