We try and service all of customers on the same day each week, so when a weather delay happens we will make every effort to service your property on the next available day.
Our core aeration removes the thatch and gets oxygen and nutrients to the roots so they grow deeper. This strengthens your lawn making it rich, fuller and thicker. We can also seed your lawn and will discuss options about local grasses that work well in our area. Fall is the best time for aeration and seeding particularly September and October.

Terry Hess and his crew offers great value for the service provided. His prices are in-line with other lawn maintenance companies. I’m extremely pleased with his responsiveness and friendliness - this is important to me. His methods of weed control eliminated over 95% of the weeds and dandelions in yard - the wife is happy about less weeds. Doing my own lawn maintenance would normally take me 2 hours; his crew and him can do it in 45 minutes. I also appreciate the recommendations he makes about increasing the health of my lawn and filling in the dead patches. It’s a great investment for a healthy

Was with overpriced competitor for three years and finally shifted to Terry’s team after getting a quote that was over three times what Terry quoted for fall clean up, mulch, overall yard work in prep for house selling. Couldn’t be happier with results and job was done 2 business days after initial contact. You can’t go wrong with Budget Cuts!

Budget Cuts came out and aerated my yard. They did an outstanding job. They had a professional aerating machine that did my yard in about an hour, which would have taken me all day! (30,000 sf). The price was extremely reasonable. I have had aeration done before but not like this. They did my whole yard, and every corner, and even the space between my sidewalk. They were polite and professional. I will definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them.

I haven't used him for my yard yet, but does an AMAZING job on my neighbor's yard.
Update: I had to increase Budget Cuts' rating from 4 stars to 5. Terry cut my lawn last week and his work was excellent. I'm particular about the height of my grass, and he respected that without me having to ask.
In addition, he edged and cleaned my property just as I would.
I highly recommend his company's services because you will not be disappointed.

I spent some time trying to find a professional to come mow/edge my lawn for an affordable price. For my price range all I could find were unprofessional individuals or highly priced businesses. Then I was referred to Budget Cuts. Terry has maintained professionalism, punctuality, and open lines of communication. He was even able to fit me into his schedule last minute.
