My name is Joe Romano and I have been providing landscape service for over 20 years. I grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago and started out maintaining lawns for my neighbors as a youth. During the 90's I was going to school for landscape design while working full time for the Village of Hillside.
At Romano Landscape, we offer a wide range of services that range from landscape design, installation, and weekly/monthly maintenance services for residential and commercial customers. At the beginning of every project we like to start with an understanding of your goals so that we can make sure that they are met.

I hired this company to cut my lawn for 3 weeks while I was out of the country. I specifically asked them not to cut the grass too short because of the expected weather over that time. The results were pretty terrible.
1. They cut 3 inches off the lawn every time even if it had barely grown the week before. As a result they basically cut it down to dirt.
2. One of the times they started cutting in the middle of a rainstorm pulling out good grass since it was soaking wet
3. They came back and kept cutting even when I had asked them to stop at a specific date (did not charge me for it).

Joe designed and installed new front landscaping last fall and we couldn't be happier with the results! He was very easy to work with, had great ideas and his employees were great. It's now June and everything is blooming beautifully! We also decided to use him this year for spring mulch and edging. Very happy!

Joe and his crew are AWESOME. We just moved here and Joe came highly recommended. We have them replacing a patio and doing some other landscaping work and so far it looks great. Very reasonable pricing for the quality of work you get and a crew that clearly takes pride in their work. Joe himself is great to talk to and super responsive - overall top notch person and company!

Joe was great to work with. I had requested an estimate over the website and Joe responded with a phone call with in an hour. Joe's team was well organized and very professional.
