Well, after locking myself out of my newly purchased home on a Saturday afternoon, I was in need of a locksmith. I already had one scheduled to come out Thursday afternoon, but unfortunately now I couldn't wait. I left a message for Kory on Sunday morning. He returned my call about an hour later due to church. I recently bought a new house and wanted to change all the locks on the doors. Excellent - would HIGHLY recommend.
In our front door, a key broke and half of it remained in the lock, plus the inside gear was bent. Even though we had a more complex case, the technician agreed to assist. He was finishing up one job and could be at our house in 20 minutes. The technician did a great job and was very professional.
He initially quoted us $75-$100 for a key extraction and still honored the price even though we ended up having a more complex problem.
Ultimately, I choose him because after calling a few other business listed on Yelp, he was the only one who asked additional

Super nice technician. Gave him a call in the late hours of the night, he had one other job and kept me posted on his ETA the entire time. He showed up in under 30 minutes from the time I called. The rest of the process including the unlock & processing my credit card took about 3 minutes; so 33 minutes total. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.

When we moved into our old house, one by one, all of our door locks started to go out. Unlock Indy came and replaced them for us and were prompt to schedule, easy to communicate with, and very professional. A year later, one of the locks began to fail and they quickly came over to repair it at no additional cost for us. Highly recommended!

Don't get caught by the woman with the Estonian accent who wants your credit card before some mobile service with no office might or might not be called out (and if they break a window, you ask? Can't compliment this business more. I was in the middle of moving things from North Carolina to illinois and stopped in Indianapolis overnight. In the morning, my combination master lock would not unlock for some reason and I found the website for Unlock Indy at 8am. I tried to call initially but it went to voicemail so I texted the phone number on the site to ask for a quote. He got back to me within 10 minutes and asked for clarification on the kind of lock. I texted him back a photo and told him I'd meet him. He gave me a quote on the spot, I met him at the address he specified
