I scheduled a house call with Nate for 6:45a at noon the day before. At 6:45a no one arrived, no call, no show. I called the dispatch and the tech at 6:59a, 7:13a, as well as 7:37a, and at no point did they mention this "misunderstanding". The tech never responded. The dispatch gave empty platitudes and told me the techs start at 8a. 8:05a, nothing. I called again, fourth time, Wendy “apologized” for my inconvenience. Isn’t it your job to fix this problem for money? They did not try to resolve the problem nor did they advise alternatives.

I called this business due to it's positive ratings to come to my house for a broken key in a door lock. The technician didn't make any attempt to remove the broken key. He said he would have to replace the lock. Our lock was keyed from the exterior and interior. He replaced it with one that only was keyed on the exterior. I told him I didn't want that and he said "see, it locks". I explained it's a safety issue. So he then installed a dual lock. He had trouble installing it. He then installed it upside down and the metal around the core moves around. He also removed the plate on the wall where

I called Mobile Locksmith Indianapolis LLC (MLI) Friday evening, and scheduled an appointment for noon on the next day. The locksmith arrived and had a broken door knob fixed so quickly I was amazed. He also fixed it so the key inserted the same way as the deadbolt above it. That had bugged me ever since I had the new knob installed last year. He also fixed old-fashioned garage door locks on two garage doors. I am very happy with the quick, thorough service. Thank you MLI!

We replaced our ignition after losing our keys, only to find out it triggered our security system flashing codes that the keys needed to be programmed to the truck. I called in and the operator was very patient and hospitable with me as I looked for the requested information. Dispatch was quick and technician arrived quickly. However I believe I was grossly overcharged and the technician didn't seem to want to be there. I was locked out of my garage and was told the lock couldn't be picked. So instead the lock had to be drilled and destroyed. Costs me about 30 more than what I was quoted for a residential lockout. How does drilling and destroying a lock cost more than picking it? For what I was charged I could easily have bought a whole new drill and bit and done the job myself. Kind of disappointed by the price and the attitude the technician had.
