My refrigerator/freezer wasn't running consistently. On Thursday, I called and scheduled a repair call with a local company for Monday. Sadly, my fridge died on Saturday night and I became desperate as my fridge and freezer were full of food that I didn't want to lose. Through some online research, I found Patriot Appliance Repair and they serviced on Sunday. I called them and they gave me a time frame. When Paul showed up, he was friendly and polite. He asked me a couple of questions, quickly assessed my problem and gave me a cost for repair. For parts and labor, I thought the $335 was very reasonable

Paul was on time for our appointment and found the problem immediately. He was able to repair the refrigerator on site the same day as the inspection, which doesn’t happen a lot. We will definitely be using his services in the future .

I’ve used Paul to fix my fridge and AC a couple of times. After receiving a high bid for AC repair from another company, I called Paul for a second opinion, he walked me through other options and I felt confident that his suggestion was a better place to start. He also offered to put any fees I paid toward another solution, should this one not work. That further enforced that he is confident in the direction we chose to go in. I won’t bother with other companies going forward!

I was very impressed with Patriot!! I called first thing in the morning on a Saturday and Paul was here by the afternoon. He was very quick to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator and was able to make the repair as soon as he got the part. I appreciate his professionalism and caring personality. On a Sunday afternoon, my tenants informed me that the Samsung refrigerator wasn't cooling effectively, so when I reached out to our previous appliance repair guy and found out they were closed on Sunday, I found Paul and Patriot Appliance Repair.
Within 36 hours, they came out to the house twice to troubleshoot the issue and had the parts ready to repair the fridge with minimal disruption to my tenants. The price was reasonable, and I'd definitely be sure to reach out to them for any other appliance issues moving forward.

I had an issue with my air conditioner and called Patriot based on their excellent reviews. Paul figured out my problem over the phone and told me what to do to fix it without even charging a service call! I was extremely impressed with Paul's integrity and willingness to help me without taking advantage. This level of customer service is rare and I highly recommend this company.

Paul was very kind and informative. Gave the facts and great advice. Didn’t feel like he was trying to do or give me anything I didn’t need. I will definitely use this company again. For whatever it’s worth my dog absolutely loved him and she is picky and a great judge of character. I have learned to pay attention to who she likes and doesn’t like!

We've worked with Paul several times since we bought our house and he has been amazing every time. Would HIGHLY recommend Patriot Appliance! Paul came out to my home on a Sunday and was able to diagnose my issue within minutes! I had another repair service come out prior to that and completely misdiagnosed the issue! Paul was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The moment I was able to receive the needed part he was out installing it for me! Life without a refrigerator is tough and he understood that. I would most definitely use them again and refer anyone I know to them! Completely satisfied customer here!

Our A/C quit working over night. We called Patriot Appliance Repair & HVAC. Paul came out very quickly and replaced the non-functioning capacitor. He had the system back up and running in less than 15 minutes and checked our Freon level too. Paul was quick, polite and professional. Very thankful for their response.
