What did people do before ovens and microwaves?! While the oven's function is quite simple: put food in, let it cook, take food out, it can definitely throw a spatula in your dinner or entertainment plans when it's not working properly. I called three appliance repair businesses today to get my fridge fixed, and it was like night and day talking with Appliance Express compared to the other places. I was hoping to get my fridge fixed ASAP, so I wouldn't have to deal with food spoiling and the other two places I called led me to believe that they had a technician available that day. However, at the end of the call after taking all of my information, they said they didn't have a technician available for a couple of days at the earliest. Appliance Express was the complete opposite, the person who answered the phone was very helpful

I was horrified when the element in my Kenmore Elite dual fuel oven started sparking when I was preheating it yesterday evening. After being referred to Appliance Express by my realtor Rudinoff Residential, I called at 9:15pm, fully expecting to leave a panicked message requesting service ASAP. I was shocked when the owner Jim answered the phone! He asked for a photo of the make and model information panel, the faulty element, and the appliance, then told me he’d look into things in the morning. Jim was extremely knowledgeable, and went over and above expectations to find out how to repair my parents’ outdated stove. He provided parts that I couldn’t find anywhere. His diligence and persistence saved us several thousand dollars. Jim was honest, dependable, an excellent listener, skilled, and so kind to my elderly parents. Mom won’t stop gushing over Jim and his excellent work, and she’s impossible to please! This is the guy you want working on your stuff!

Reliable and reasonably-priced appliance repair. Repairman is very professional and courteous. He arrived when he said he would and assessed the problem with our dryer very quickly. We even got into a theological discussion during his visit, which was interested and unexpected. I will definitely call him again if we have trouble with any of our appliances.

I have used Appliance Express Services twice and have been impressed both times. He was able to come out and service my appliance very quickly; was certain to check first to see if he had the part or if the part was still available. He didn't try to upsell me on other repairs. The pricing was fair. And he was extremely nice and did a few other adjustments at no charge. Highly recommend!

Awesome service. I was looking for refrigerator repair and read a google review where they said that someone even came out the day before holidays. I called at the last minute and they agreed to come out the day before holiday! Worker showed up within the time promised, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it within 30 minutes. Fair price, great customer service. Very refreshing in this day and age.

Jim did the research on my washer and let me know the unit was 20 years old and might not be a great candidate for repair. This is a straight up trustworthy guy. I highly recommend him. I didn’t use him this go around as I’m just going to replace this antique. But I will definitely call him next time.
