Their online booking system was very convenient. Carlos had a cancellation, so he was able to come over same day to look at my broker washing machine.
He quickly diagnosed the issue and thankfully parts were readily available. He came back on a Saturday at 7pm and was able to fix out washing machine within 30 minutes.

Carlos and entire team at Mazter Appliances is amazing. My Whirlpool Icemaker stopped working and it would not make any ice. They provided the right estimate upfront and warned me that there could be several things wrong but they will analyze the problem. The Problem was analyzed on the first visit as no power coming to the icemaker at the right time. The part was ordered and they replaced the icemaker. Unfortunately the unit was still not getting the power so the control board had to be possibly replaced. They worked with Whirlpool and entered a a special case for me and not only got the control

This has been the best repair I have ever had. Carlos was on time and worked on a Sunday (and Mother's Day) until the problem with my Miele dishwasher was resolved completely. It took a lot of trouble shooting, repairing a lot of damage that had been done, and testing and re-testing until everything was finally working again.

The only positive thing I can say is that the technician arrived on time for the appointment. I had an F9 Heating Error with my LG electric range, which I had already described when booking the service call. The tech did not even look at the oven, but instead fumbled with his voltage meter and suggested that my 240v outlet was only generating 110v. I read the same outlet with my voltage meter and got 240v. He told me he couldn't do anything because it was an electrical problem, and charged me a service fee for coming out to misread a voltage meter.

I had to have my dishwasher and washing machine repaired. Both were newer (less than 5 years old) Whirlpool models. I had put off the dishwasher repair for quite some time due to COVID, but once the washer was on the fritz I knew that I had to get someone to come to my house to take a look. UPDATE 2: Although I was worried having the last appointment at 5:00, I got a text from Carlos around 6:00 that he was on his way. He got here around 6:45 and stayed for over an hour, troubleshooting my cranky washer. Before he came over, I made sure it was misbehaving this time so he could see what was going on. He checked the motor, the brushes, all mechanics - and couldn't find anything wrong. I have called Carlos three or four times in the past four years and every time he has been outstanding. Yesterday he replaced a pump in our dishwasher. A year ago it was a garbage disposal. A year before that an oven problem. Finding an excellent, honest, fair-priced repair person is like finding a good auto mechanic or a good doctor. It leaves you with a wonderful sense of security. Carlos is often booked two weeks out. If you have appliances he can service, he is so worth the wait.

Our brand new Whirlpool oven was not staying hot when baking. We tried and failed several times with whirlpool customer service to get someone to come out and look at it. Someone from the Appliance Hospital finally came (after a lot of work on my end with whirlpool customer service) and they diagnosed that it needed a new ignitor and they were going to return in a couple days to install it. While I had to wait it out to get onto their schedule, I am now a happy again owner of an LG dryer. Carlos worked quickly to assess the problem and fix what turned out to be worn out rollers. They couldn't fix our dryer or provide a clear explanation of what was going on. When they're not actually here, they're near impossible to reach: Their fully automated website and service process means real humans never hear you call. While waiting for a part, we were wondering why nothing worked and unable to reach out to anyone for an update. Eventually they came by with the new part but, again, it/they didn't fix anything.

When our 12-or-so-year-old fridge died, I called Carlos based on reviews, hoping that he would be able to save us having to buy a new one. He has been out to our place on four separate occasions. The initial price quoted was very reasonable (I had researched the cost of parts beforehand). When replacing the compressor didn't succeed, he returned twice more to work on the unit, eventually identifying the real culprit. It has now been running successfully for the last 48 hours, and I am optimistic that he has fixed the problem. Even if it turns out the fridge is beyond help, I am VERY impressed

I had a dishwasher failing to drain, and I tested all the standard stuff - filter, air gap, etc. Next steps were popping off the lower panel and fiddling with hoses - not something I felt like doing.

TLDR: Friendly and competent, but answering service is basically useless and coordination/communication can be understandably but still frustratingly difficult. Also, labor costs under warranty might not be covered because Mazter isn't a preferred contractor for the manufacturer.

Carlos here is the best! Extremely professional and thorough. Had some problems with our Miele dishwasher and unlike others who tried to diagnose, he clearly knew what he was doing and did not try to up sell us on ridiculous, unnecessary extras.

It is really hard to find someone to work on Samsung appliances. I called several business on Yelp until I found Mazter.
Mazter made getting an appointment straightforward, and did everything they committed, as scheduled.
More details:
My $2500 Samsung fridge/freezer wasn't staying cold on the freezer side. Carlos diagnosed it as a compressor issue, that it needed replacing, for ~$500. He had to come back the next day with the appropriate compressor, which he put in as scheduled, and for 3 months so far it's been working like new.
Minor gripes:
1) The old compressor (a heavy metal
