The Manager at Frazer had Sid speak with us concerning the different decking materials. We were shown sample decking and railing systems. We conveyed our needs and suggestions were made. We fully understood all the materials that would be needed, the quality, warranty and colors available. We left J&L Building Materials in Frazer with brochures and samples. Additionally we were fully informed to make an educated decision in choosing our decking. Thank you J&L!

I had a great experience with J&L - went to their East Norriton branch last Tuesday to order some specialized PVC trim - not only did they have 18 footers in stock, but they were able to deliver it 2 days later. Great service by Rich as well as he was knowledge and I was in and out quickly. I would definitely buy from them again!

We went to the store around 4pm they are closing 4:30. We were looking at siding and roofing materials. There were 10 or more sales people (workers) and not even one them asked us if we need any help. when I ask questions guy behind the counter wasn't so friendly. Very poor customer service. Try in the morning they may be more helpful then.

The yard service is suicidal!
It doesn’t matter how small the order is, the wait is always horrendous and the yard guys seem to have no motivation to help.
I dread having to stop by J&L especially since I do most of my business with Musselman Lumber who has killer service and you never have to wait no matter how busy they are.
For the sake of all contractors please step up your game

High standards for which you are known ???? Their isn’t one contractor I know that thinks you have good service.
Do a walkthrough at Musselman Lumber, they will show you what high standards

Hired a contractor to build a deck using Timbertech product. Placed the order the second week in July, with a 4 - 5 week delivery date. Contractor contacted J&L mid-August, but could not get information on when the order would be delivered. Of course, the fall back was the delay is covid-19 related. I called Timbertech to inquire about the delay; they couldn't speak to my particular order, but they were up and running at full capacity. Any delays were with the distributor, not Timbertech. Finally got word from my contractor that the order would be in by September. Waited until the second week of

We needed an bottom element for our oven, so we went to Lowe’s hardware on Cone blvd to check for one. The gentleman at Lowe’s said they did not have any and referred us to D&L. When we arrived at D&L they were obviously following CDC guidelines. A gentleman greeted me at my door with a face covering, I let him know what needed and he brought it right out to my car. I was there approximately 5 minutes. The service was great and they had exactly what I needed. THANKS D&L! 🔨
