A1 Piano Movers was a great company to work with. I had some last minute changes to my reservation, and they went above and beyond to accommodate the changes. They were consistently easy to get ahold of and communicate with. They were extremely efficient, professional and timely in the pick up and delivery. A-1 was able to move my 1960s CONN organ over the weekend. We needed to find someone quickly to make the move happen by the end of the month. The gentlemen they sent us were prompt, efficient, and so very pleasant! Their customer service people were also friendly and very helpful. I am 100% satisfied with A-1 and though I hope not to move again any time soon, I will be using them next time!

A - 1 Piano Movers arrived AHEAD of time to move our piano from one room to another.
They surveyed the task at hand, immediately went to work, wrapped the instrument, had it up on the dolly and in it’s new room and placed faster than we could imagine.
I was impressed with the care they demonstrated with the piano as well our home. They were so friendly it was a joy to have them here.
The quoted price was very reasonable and remained in force.
There is no doubt I would be calling A - 1 again.

I had a great experience with these guys. From the initial call to schedule all the way to drop off they were kind and accommodating. Steve scheduled the job for me and Chris and a couple other guys delivered the piano. They were friendly and quick. If I ever need to move a piano again they will be my go-to!

This local business is the real deal. Very professional! On time, efficient, quote was the actual cost - no hidden fees or surprise charges.
They moved our new piano from its original family to ours within a week of calling and that's only bc we needed a firm appointment to coordinate.
Took our credit card onsite and had a printed receipt for work.

Excellent customer service and truly professional work. From the moment I called and spoke to the gentleman on the phone I felt reassured that I was dealing with the right people for my 1910 Lindeman upright player paino. When they arrived, they made the work look so easy and effortless that I was honestly blown away. As a Realtor I come across clients with pianos from time to time... there is no doubt as to who I will recommend.

They did a fantastic job! They arrived the first day and realized our antique grand player piano would be too much for two guys going around a tight turn and down steps. They arrived early the next day with a larger crew and made the job look easy. They were courteous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone having a piano moved!

I had this company move my grand piano twice in 2016 and they did a great job. I recently relocated out of town and the company picked up my piano and delivered it in their truck with expert delivery and courteous delivery personnel 400 miles away. Very competent and Will definitely do the right thing for the customer. Highly recommend doing business with this company

We recently had a piano moved out of our basement to our daughters and son-in-laws house in Xenia. We were initially disappointed when we discovered that the company that had originally placed the piano in the basement (many years ago) was no longer in business however A-1 did a great job. The movers took great care not to damage the piano or the house (on both ends of the move). A-1 in my opinion is truly A-1, if the need arises I would use them again and will recommend then to others.
