We offer monthly and quarterly services for crawling insects, nesting bees, hornets, and spiders. A majority of our pest control services are on the exterior of the home, as most pest problems originate on the exterior. With a good perimeter treatment, inside problems should be limited. With an exterior service, if an inside treatment is needed, it's provided at no additional cost.

Our mosquito program runs from April-Sept, with October being an optional month depending on the temperatures. We have seasonal packages or 1 time treatments. We offer two types of treatments. Monthly treatments for homes with high pressure areas and bi-monthly treatments for preventative maintenance.
First we always want to make an inspection to verify a bedbug infestation and determine the level of the problem. We offer free inspection/estimates in Knoxville and directly adjacent counties. During the inspection our technician will give an estimate and go over the prep work for the homeowner/tenant.

I needed Pretreatment for Termites on a new construction site. This company was an absolute pleasure to work with even with having to reschedule several times due to excavation delays. But also, I forgot to cancel an appointment and the tech showed up on time, mind you, they still were so kind and understanding of the situation. Southeast is based in Knoxville, but didn’t mind the drive all the way to Jamestown! We had a fantastic experience with David, Wes, and Jeremy, who were all very friendly and fast throughout inspection with us. They patiently suggested and explained procedures and didn’t mind answering any of our questions or concerns during their visits. Quality service and affordable! They spray the inside of my house when I am not home. I have no worries about them bothering anything. I had the best bug man for years. His name was Lowell. Unfortunately he retired and me miss him dearly but they guy that took his place is super friendly and does a wonderful job. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I have been a customer for 24 years.
