We are new pool owners and Stacy has been so patient and proactive since Day 1 of meeting us. When she is here, she checks in to be sure we don’t have questions, she loves on the dogs who won’t leave her alone, and when our 6 year old is here, he will go out and she teaches him how to get the leaves out of the pool and patiently answers his constant questions.
Today, with the horrible ice storm, she texted us first thing this morning to tell us that we should be good to go with the pool settings as is. But then when we asked her a question later, she said she’d just run by to check on things

I have a Home warranty on my home which includes our pool and Spa. They sent out Piranha pools to complete the repair. Ryan came out he was extremely pleasant and Helpful. Not only did explain everything to me he completed the job quickly . I do the daily maintenance on my pool but I will be calling Piranha when the job is something where I need help

Piranha Pools is by far the best pool company in the Greater Austin Area. They provide an a top-of-the-line experience. What’s so impressive about them is they do it all! Service, repairs, remodel to new construction.
Both Bill and Rhonda, the owners, are awesome to collaborate with and are always available for detailed tech support to simple questions to very advanced questions you may have. Their is no free lunch in life. You will always get what you pay for.
If you want it done right just hire Bill and Rhonda. You will not get a better customer experience and quality like Piranha Pools.

I called yesterday for a rush repair job, I burst a pipe and the pool wasn't circulating. Several other folks I called couldn't get to me for a week. The repair tech showed up during the same day, had it almost done and determined she needed another part. She went out, got one, got back, and finished the job late in the day instead of coming back the next day.
Fair pricing, good quality, friendly tech. I'll use them again.

Someone driving a green truck, who looked like the man in the picture on their Facebook page, for this business was texting and driving and almost cause a wreck on McNeil. I clearly saw the "Piranha Pools" green piranha and orange magnet or decal on the side of the truck. I called into the business to inform them that they have employees texting and driving, they claimed they did not have green truck. I waited till the truck passed by again and it was clearly "Piranha Pools". Texting and driving while driving a company truck is not okay.

Karen, from Piranha Pools, came out to diagnose why our brand new Polaris pool cleaner, & older booster pump were failing to operate correctly. She not only showed up promptly, as scheduled, but thoroughly checked the entire equipment system, had the problem diagnosed very quickly, as well as repaired the problem in the control box, & additionally offered to plug the cleaner back in to the pool, getting her sweater sleeves completely soaked in the process. Piranha Pools was the service provider dispatched for a repair by our warranty company, but I was amazed to find out all of the services that

We came to work with Piranha Pools when we filed a claim with our home warranty. Piranha Pools was fast to respond and gave us a temporary fix while they were getting the part they need. In addition, they did great work as they worked with the home warranty company and got the fix covered with only a small amount coming out of our pockets. We will definitely be contacting them in the future if we ever need a repair for our pool.
