Pool Boys was founded in 2005 by father and son Forrest Owen III & Forrest Owen IV with a simple mission; to start our own company and be the best at what we do. Since then we have immersed ourselves in the industry attending annual trade shows in Southern California and Nevada, providing service for high end home and pool builders, acquiring celebrity accounts, and even working with engineers inside the industry on new product development.

Custom Support Service: Do you enjoy cleaning your own pool? This service is designed to help people like you keep their pools on track. First you decide how often you'd like us to visit, once a month, once every six months, it's totally up to you. We can come in, do a full cleaning of the pool, test and balance the water, look over things, answer any questions you may have, and clean the filters or salt cell if needed.

I have used Pool Boys for the last few years at my residence and the last 6 years at my rental unit and have no plans to change that. They not only do a great job with the weekly cleaning but help me avoid more costly repairs by routinely inspecting my equipment and addressing small issues before they become major. I would definitely recommend them for your pool service needs.

So I hardly ever do reviews. That being said, this company is great in so many ways I can't even describe. I've been with them for 20+ years. They have always been great - professional, knowledgeable, friendly, super nice, and the list goes on. They are super efficient with customer service. A+. And I'm a harsh critic. Family owned business. I highly recommend them. They also diagnose pool issues and come up with great solutions. Wow!!!!!!

I bought a house with a pool--and didn't know anything about taking care of it. Rather than making me feel stupid or taking advantage, they informed me on what to do because it was in bad shape from the previous owner. For several years now, they've consistently worked hard to keep my pool healthy. I greatly thank them for their service and recommend Pool Boys to others. The office people are nice, too!

Unbelievable..called for Pool Service after having Pool resurfaced, & wanted regular Pool Service... sent pics & Kaitlan told me he wanted to charge $2640!!!! I called her bk.. " did u put your decimal in wrong place?"...She said no that's 2X/day X 14 days.. I said a start-up is 5 days ..& we can brush also... UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! PLEASE don't call this company.. outrageous!!!! WOW.. I got all NEW pool equipment, pump etc .. not much to do but brush.. TOO INSANE.. not EVEN hilarious... I'm not THAT desperate!!!!!!

Called Pool Boys to come look at my Pentair Heater. Owen came out he looked at it, told me it was the fan. He told me he could order me a new fan but said he couldn't guarantee other problems would occur down the road. Our heater is about seven years old. He charged me $75 to look at the heater. He ordered the part, the part was sent to St George by mistake, I was fine with that. Called the following week to get an ETA on when I should expect the part he had reordered, I was told it could be a couple of weeks, I said I cannot wait that long, I will contact another pool service, they called

I wouldnt trust these guys. A guy came out with his clip board and took measurement and photos, I guess he thinks that makes him look professional, who knows. I have been paying $150 a month for 3 years and Pool boys gave me an estimate of "$750 a month" not including filter changes or chemicals. He also said we need to drain our pool because our water was bad. I took a sample to Leslies pool and they said it was fine. Also draining an in ground pool is a myth and a scam. We moved to Henderson NV from Seattle and had never had a pool. this was all new to us. The previous owners had Pool Boys and highly recommended them so we stayed with the company. We are so pleased with their service. Forest really knows his stuff and Katlin, the office person, is so great with customer service. Our pool looks fabulous all the time. Since we are so new to this pool thing, Forest has been great in being patient with us. We would highly recommends them to everyone who needs any pool service. I cannot say enough about this company! It is like calling family when you talk with them. The entire staff is 100% professional, honest, and down to earth. They have made our pool seem brand new. I was experiencing problems with my pool pump which would randomly turn itself on and then off within 30 minutes. I called the Pool Boys because of their excellent ratings on Yelp. I spoke with Katie, the receptionist, and also with Forrest the owner. He said he would come out possibly that same afternoon or the next day...which was the 4th of July by the way....to diagnose the problem.
He was prepared to install a new pump if need be.
I was scheduled for July 4th between 8:00-10:00 am.
About 9:45 I received a call from Katie saying Forrest was on his way but running a little late. He arrived

Forrest (Junior) and his team are by far the most professional pool service company I have ever encountered. I just used them to drain and refill my salt water pool. They answered and responded to phone calls and texts promptly, kept me updated on when they would be back, were very clear about their charges and what would be needed, and gave sensible advice about possible minor repairs that may at some point be needed to my equipment. Overall, I was highly impressed and would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks again.

Amazing customer service!! We called 3 different pool companies and no one would ever respond! Pool Boys communicated with me constantly! They installed a new pool pump and the work is amazing! Forest wrote down instructions and programmed everything for us! He called me that same evening to go over everything and to make sure I didn't have any questions! Good customer service is so hard to find these days! I will refer everyone I know to this company!! Thank you once again!

First off great customer service. I called because something was wrong with my pool pump, Phil answered and told me he and Owen would come out and see what was wrong with it, they were at my house within 20 minutes of calling them. They arrived checked my pump explained to me what was wrong fixed it and didn't charge me a dollar.i learned so much from them and found myself a pool maintenance company. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. All my family and friends know about this great company now. Thank you pool guys for everything.

Great customer service! I accidentally locked them out but they were understanding and kind. They found a job nearby to work on until I could get home to unlock the gate. I can tell by the pressure reduction that they did a good job cleaning my filter (which is all I needed this time). Definitely will call them again for my next filter change or anything else pool maintenance related!

These guys provided me with excellent service. On time, as promised. Turned my "pond" back into a great pool. Always up front with anything they may encounter while cleaning the pool, no surprises. These guys are the best! We needed a pool fence and they were the only dealer in our area so I was a little skeptical at first, but they have been the BEST! I received my quote online within minutes after speaking to them on the phone. I was still unsure of how to do the fence and they came out within 30 minutes! They even spoke to the landlord for me to explain the fence engineering. Above and beyond is all I can say. So professional and helpful. I'm going to try and switch my pool service to them as well. Very pleased with the service so far.

We needed a new pump for our pool, I looked up pool repair and got the number to Forrest Owen. I told him our problems, he was there the next day to talk to us. He explained everything about the pump, he told us the best thing for us is to buy the pump that is energy effiecient, yes, it is more money, but you will save that on your electric bill. We could have gone the cheap route but now that he taught us what we needed to know, we signed up for a good pump that will save us money in the long run. He came over 2 days later. Just him and his son, they worked all day to install and correct the problems
