The only thing you are responsible for is your deductible. Should we find something else wrong with the roof while we are working on it, we will supplemental bill your insurance company. We NEVER come back to the home owner and ask for more money. My roof looks fine and I have no leaks, wouldn't I already know if I had hail and wind damage?

had a very fair price. They took the time to fully explain things to me.
Alex handled things very professionally, and always took the time to fully explain
things to me. Even when we hit a minor installation issue, they took care of it quickly and hassle free.

I've worked with Patrick McWilliams of 5 Stars roofing three times now. I could not be more pleased. He initially helped me to get insurance coverage for storm damage to the existing roof. He provided a free inspection and took care of all the work regarding the claim. They were also able to get my shed covered and roof replaced which was in desperate need. I am now adding an addition on the house and they came out and put a new roof on, tying in with the existing. Patrick has been so helpful and kind, very easy to work with and professional.

I have had several roofing companies to knock on my door with poor sales skills and lots of promises but on this particular day Maka Matelau of 5 Stars Roofing happen to drive up. He was very friendly & polite . I allowed him to go up on my roof & do a free inspection. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out many areas of damage that I couldn't see. I decided it was time to take care of this little problem. Maka was always available if I had questions or needed help with the process. Maka even answers text messages past 5pm !! Philip and 5 Stars Roofing walked me through the insurance process, Philip handled everything which was super nice and such a relief. They upgraded me to a 50 year architectural shingle, it is the best looking roof in the hood now! Was a stressful process but all went well. Philip is the best and was always responsive, available, attentive, and knowledgeable. Went out of his way to accommodate our schedule too. Hard working guy.

Scott Kelly from 5 Star Roofing worked with us on getting our roof replaced. I cannot say enough good things about this company! They kept us up to date on every little detail, and returned every call and text immediately. The crew came to house on time and worked from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. They did a fabulous job with our new roof and with clean up. They even painted our bathroom exhaust pipe on the roof to match the house and the new roof!!!!! Who does that anymore!!!!!! Do not hesitate to hire this company. It was an amazing experience!

Devin McGarry helped us through the whole process, from filing with insurance, dealing with the adjuster, and later getting us a very economical price when insurance didn’t pan out. They were flexible with scheduling and got the job done as quick as possible. Devin was great at communicating the next steps throughout the project, we really loved working with him. As first time homeowners with newborn twins, we couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, trustworthy company. We would recommend 5 Stars Roofing to all of our friends and neighbors!

We had some damage from the recent hail and wind storms in the area. Josh from 5 Stars Roofing was in the area looking at a neighbor's roof and offered to take a look at ours. Never have we been so lucky as to have this chance encounter with Josh and 5 Stars. We had some fairly significant damage that was going to require a new roof. Josh worked with us the entire way, made working with the insurance company simple, and they got the entire job done in a single day.

It was great working with this company. Their representative Bill Gironda help me walk through the process with my insurance company. They accurately estimated when the materials will be ready and how long the job would take.They were a very professional operation. They showed up on time and worked very hard all day. Despite rain and darkness they finished the job the following morning cleaned up and we're gone by mid day.
The cleanup was excellent and the finish job looks great. I would highly recommend them.
