I am a Realtor with RE/MAX of Cherry Creek and I had never used their services before. I needed to get a clean sewer scope at the last minute to allow a closing to occur. Sewer Scope Denver were fantastic to work with. I had an expedited inspection objection deadline and they were able to accommodate me for a sewer inspection that week. They were prompt, communicative, and sent me the inspection report and sewer scope video footage the next morning. Tony and Eva were fantastic. Had no idea you could see as much from a 60ft long camera. Tony literally sat with me on the roof and explained every inch of my pipes. I learned a ton and it was 100% necessary as I am near closing on the home. Tony was able to provide repair advice and rough estimates - but what I love is that he doesn’t offer to do repairs or offer referrals. Tony provides extremely professional services. He was on time for the inspection, made sure everything was cleaned and returned to the condition prior to the inspection, wrote a very detailed report, provided me with a video of the scope, and upon my request gave me references for the repair work that was needed. He was also more competitively priced than his competitors. I would highly recommend Sewer Scope Denver.
