In addition to our landscape installations, we also import a large selection of garden pottery that we house in our Capitol Hill showroom. Ragen & Associates is proud to offer the finest handmade terra cotta available - the Impruneta of Francesco del Re. Impruneta pottery is made from galestro clay, which is exceptionally strong and stiff. Francesco's method yields pottery that unites great durability with true artistic beauty, the quality of which makes it possible for us to extend a twenty-year warranty.
The exceptional handmade Italian Terra Cotta Ragen & Associates carries is made in Tuscany, where craftsmen have always believed that every piece produced must be both beautiful and functional. From the high-quality clay native to the region, artisans carefully shape the pots and hand-press them into molds.
Ragen & Associates is proud of the range of unique forms and colors in our extensive collection of Vietnamese glazed stoneware. Finishes range from a subtle matte sheen to a rich gloss glazing. Both treatments bring out the glowing undertones in the clay to suit any setting. Each piece is perfect for outdoor use in the Puget Sound region.
Ragen & Associates has been caring for gardens for over 30 years. With an experienced team who respects our clients' privacy, we've established a tradition of high quality service. Our staff includes certified arborists with a focus on seasonably appropriate pruning. Our team can provide a one-time clean up as well as regularly scheduled maintenance visits.

Unique and reasonable pottery for indoor and outdoor gardens. Huge selection, very friendly staff and great prices. If you’re looking for a LARGE Pot this is the place.
Ragen does wholesale landscaping work, but sells pottery retail. Both traditional terra cotta and more contemporary and classic glazes of a dizzying range of sizes.
They have a much bigger selection than City Peoples, a great local nursery with lots of (more expensive) pottery in Madison Valley.
A little tricky to find and parking is somewhat tough, that’s Cap Hill, but worth the effort. M-F only.

Huge, unique selection of beautiful pottery in lots of shapes, sizes, colors, and materials. They have lightweight modern containers that are really cool looking and good for city apartments/condos, and also a big selection of good/high quality Asian ceramic and handmade Italian pottery. I have purchased several containers of different sizes to plant in and decorate my apartment and deck. They look so awesome and I have been very impressed with the durability of the lightweight fiber cement, which is my favorite.

Annette and her staff are an A+ landscaping company! Annette is a great project manager with a keen eye for a well coordinated design. Their staff is extremely efficient, thorough and above all polite and considerate (cleaned the site EVERY single day). We're doing a complete backyard remodel in two phases. Phase 1 is over and we're very satisfied.
