If I could leave no star I would, this company do not stand behind their products!! I ordered the Capri fireplace in Standard Cream and got a much darker color called Custom Buff which mind you was 150.00 dollars more which I did not like and that is what they sent me! I did my due diligence in researching the product and they even sent me 3 sample blocks of the product in 3 colors available. I chose the standard cream at no charge.
They told my builder that it would lighten up to the standard cream it could take 2 weeks or more! It has not changed in color and today I called the salesman who

The stones that cracked should have been replaced. You informed me of the cracked stones ~18 months after the install. I remain true to my word that I would replace the cracked stones. Recently I ordered a cast stone fireplace (The Capri) . It was for a house I am remodeling. It arrived exactly on the date Old World had given me, making it easy to have the stone mason ready and waiting. These were some of the most professional people I have ever done business with. We purchased a fireplace mantel and range hood from Old World Stoneworks. The folks there could not have been nicer or easier to work with. I was a little concerned about not knowing how to order what I wanted - but they walked me through the whole process. My mantel and range hood arrived on time and in great shape. Our mason raved about their ease of installation. LOve Love Love my fireplace mantel and range hood, I get so many compliments!!!

We chose a cast stone mantel from Old World when we recently built our new house. They came recommended by a local interior designer and my wife and I contacted them and got a catalog. We liked several models, and Tom at their office helped us through the pros & cons of a couple different ones, helping us get the one that worked best for our room and budget. My builder said they took great care in the shipping of the mantel. He was a little worried since they were not one of his normal vendors.
