Really love this company. Been working with them for years, and I very highly recommend them. I just recently got the preventative maintenance package, and I'm so glad I did - having the peace of mind knowing that they've checked everything has been really nice.

I talked to 3 different companies about getting my 19 year old AC and Heating replaced, and explained that I wanted to get anything that might help out my wife's and my asthma and allergies. Jason provided the best information that could be researched so I wound up getting a Reme-Halo Ionizer and a Carrier Infinity Air Purifier that captures and… kills particles in the air. The team came out and got it all installed without bothering me at all and when it was over, I was given a tour of my new system and got the thermostat set up, which was fairly easy and works great. Alamo Austin Air has been outstanding to work with for many years! Recommended by neighbors, they nursed my ultimately 19 years old AC along for years & just did new AC/heater installation, with options to fit my budget. Excellent, responsive, professional service, wonderful staff, I also appreciated the extra effort to notice & safely dispose of… the old City of Austin installed mercury based thermostat. Very knowledgeable, professional, helpful with suggestions about maintenance & filters for the aging system. I recommend Alamo Austin Air at highest level!

I’m a tech myself,but on vehicles and am throughly impressed with the experience the whole team showed. After 6 estimates, Jason was absolutely the most extensive in determining our needs and making… recommendations. The installation went flawlessly as we had 2 AC units replaced. Chris and his other techs were very conscientious of our home, and the installation was first rate. They had very competitive rates and were timely and considerate. Two months after the installation, I can honestly say we are saving in our electric bills and the systems works as promised. I highly recommend

I have nothing but great things to say about Alamo Austin Air. Jason, Chris, and team installed a second thermostat with a zoning board and automatic dampers and it made all the difference to keep the temperature balanced between upstairs and downstairs.
