Jerry did a fabulous job answering all my many questions and helping us to select a great carpet at a great price. Thank you, Jerry! We recently had the pleasure of working with the installation crew sent to us by Bill’s Carpet. The three men who we welcomed into our home were efficient, competent, polite and personable. It was a pleasure to watch as our new flooring gradually appeared. Never have we worked with a contractor who were as thorough and who “left no footprints”. The final details were sharp, attractive and matched existing trim. Thank you to the entire team.

We had the most positive experience from beginning to end of our carpet purchase and installation! We shopped around to several carpet stores before returning to Bill's. Ernie our salesman went out of his way to accommodate us. He came to our house the next day for measurements and even stayed late at work to close the deal. He never pressured us, showed us numerous selections and he was very clear with price differences and quality of carpet choices in our price range. WOW!!! We had a great experience from start to finish with our flooring project with Bill's Carpet! From our salesperson, Joe to our installing crew with Mark....Joe is a super knowledgeable, helpful, and puts customer service at the top of his priority list! Mark and his crew are great! They checked in with me to make sure the project was completed the way we wanted it done. They made suggestions and explained what needed to be done in order for the project to be done correctly! Fantastic job by Bernie’s crew (Bernie, Al, Gilbert, Pete, Mike). We have carpets throughout the house except kitchen, eating area and bathrooms. Had some concern with the large number of seams and even more so with the stairs which we were told by many would be a challenge. A very professional group and they kept everything clean along the way. Looks great!

Matt's installers were great! They were polite, personable and completed the job in 2 days. The guys were organized and cleaned up each day. Matt not only came to our home to quote the job, but he also called and checked in daily as well as followed up with us after the job was completed to ensure we were satisfied.
