Spoke with the owner. Great guy. Asked him if he accepted Amex for payment. He said they take it all and transfered me to his sister to set estimate appointment.
Had appointment today. Guy was late. No biggie. Great guy came out. Just got off phone with sister who declined to take Amex. Said she wasn't going to take a 3 percent hit. Kept cutting me off on the phone. Told me I was lying about speaking to the owner. Totally rude and belligerent with me. How has this company been in business when this person talks to potential customers like this.

It started very poorly, customer service at its worse; when the first guy came to my house he pushed my entrance door open rather than wait to be allowed in he then proceeded straight up my stairs and opened up the door on my daughter who was using the restroom. He lied to the secretary who is sadly just as bad saying I had a mess in my house (I had a bed to move and a toy box) he left without saying a word. We then rescheduled only to have her call being all nice asking if we can reschedule again since one of her guys called in, no problem! When the last two guys came today, they were respectful

I just had a terrible experience with an individual on the phone. We were having a conversation about a small uninstall and reinstall job, she expressed concern about the age of the carpet, we were still talking when she abruptly said "no thanks." and then hung up on me. Very terrible customer service. I like to think this experience is limited to the one person at the company, but as the first voice one interacts with at the switchboard, that's a problem for any enterprise. If that's allowed to take place at the front desk, one must wonder what other behaviors are tolerated?

Talk about professional! The owner, management team and sales staff were great. At different times we have had them carpet the entire second floor, our great room and den. Recently they have laid flooring to 50% of our first floor. When we purchased, all the different options were explained, and, based on our requirements recommendations made. The estimator came and explained every item and the "whys" of the cost. The installers were great. Anytime they encountered a problem or irregularity, they suggested solutions.
