Our brand new AC unit wasn't working and draining properly. Caloosa has all prior issues noted in their system so every technician knows of the issues.

We made appointment with Caloosa Cooling for consultation and estimate. It was a swift response from them and Both Dan and David were professional and knowledgeable .

My air conditioning unit stopped working this afternoon so I gave Caloosa Cooling Air-Conditioning a call. And and the young lady that I talk to on the phone was extremely helpful and very professional she immediately scheduled an appointment for later that day. Dave Corro The technician called me about 45 minutes later and asked if I was home that he would come right over, after a very brief time he had the air conditioning up and running, he also cleaned out my drain line, and thoroughly explain the importance of maintenance so I immediately signed up for the maintenance plan. Holy Cow! Talk about customer service! I had my AC replaced. The tech was so professional! He took the time to show me how he was installing everything and what was wrong with my old unit. He even put in a valve to clean. He left everything nice and clean. They even registered my ac unit for me!
