The technicians showed up at the promised time. They got to work right away. The owner, Tyler, came later with my new AC unit. He explained everything thoroughly. I'm very pleased with the work, professionalism and communication. The office staff we engaged with were friendly and courteous as well.

Top notch! From start to finish Chill Squad provided professional “as promised” customer service for my outdated and failing ductwork replacement situation. The price was fair for this very challenging complete remove and replace ductwork project in a low roof 1979 ranch home. Bottom line is that Tyler’s Chill Squad crew busted their behind to get our home up and running quickly. Communicating throughout this project was a joy, they did what they said they would do professionally and completely.

Chill squad saved me! Our air was having issues and we couldn’t get the air down below 79. Front desk was amazing and very informative. Tyler was very knowledgeable and had us back up and running in less than 4 hours. Not only did he fix my issue, my electric bill has gone down. Highly highly recommend Chill squad. Also, get your unit maintained and save yourself the hassle. We already have our maintenance appointment scheduled and will be recommending them to everyone.

Service from my tech, Tyler, was amazing. Hands down best service I've got from anyone. The tech called on the way, when they arrived, gave me live updates to my phone with pictures and videos as repairs were being done. The tech rinsed off my cooling parts and sent me a video of it being done so I could see how to maintain my system properly too. Even sent a video of my door being locked on the way out. I highly recommend them if all the other techs meet the same standard. Thanks Tyler!

We had 3 other companies out for an A/C leak. I felt like I wasn't getting a proper diagnosis. Brooke was able to get a technician out within 24 hours and during the time slot I requested. Derek was fantastic. He thoroughly explained everything going on and exactly what he did to fix and/or to prevent it from happening again. Derek also offered us a very reasonably priced maintenance program. I am extremely excited to get this mess cleaned up because I am confident the issues is finally resolved! Will definitely request Derek for our next service/maint. appointment.

FINALLY ... someone was able to solve our air conditioning problem ... hallelujah!
I have scheduled and paid THREE different companies to address a problem with excessive moisture in my house. One diagnosed it as an ineffective p-trap and one said that the A/C unit was not level and needed to be shimmed. Neither one of these remedies worked. Then, the third company said that we needed an ENTIRELY new system, new duct work, and a new thermostat!
After reading through numerous online reviews, I decided to call CHILL SQUAD because of the positive feedback. What a great decision that was ... Tyler
