Ellsworth is the best in the business. We have an annual service agreement…I recommend everybody to get one. Every time we needed emergency services, Ellsworth was there the same day and was always able to fix the problem the same day. Technicians are friendly, efficient and skilled. 4/18/2021 Finally had the crew come in to completely replace failed ductwork. These guys where awesome and answered all of our questions. These guys are truly craftsmen. Coupled with new smart thermostat and UV light our house is finally comfortable throughout. Logging into Lee county electric my day to day usage appears to be dropping although will need a few months to see the savings roll in. Minor billing issue was quickly resolved to my expectation. My service experience with this company has been great.

Do not use this company! Sends out repair man who does nothing but take the filter out and doesn’t replace it. Says it’s fixed. States the charge would be $29-39. Of course that didn’t fix the problem so we called another more reputable company who came out and actually fixed the problem. Called Ellsworth that it was never fixed and they turn around and charge our card $79. Just a company taking advantage of an elderly woman who lives out of state!

They came highly recommend by a few people. Have major leaking in my attic. They came out said that it was a major job and they had to work on a quote. This was thee weeks ago. Been trying to contact them with no luck this past week. Insurance and a mold removal company also involved. They would not work with the mold company. Asked while they were still communicating if they really wanted the job and they said they did. I was forwarding the message from he mold removal company to keep them in the loop and nothing. If they just told me from the beginning they didn’t want the job or didn’t work

I have used Ellsworth Heating & Cooling since moving into our new home in 2012. Everyone on staff is courteous and helpful. They come when I've needed repairs and they show up on time. Yesterday I received a refund check for a $10. due to an over-charge for my annual maintenance. I had no idea that I had been over-charged. In addition to all of the above, they are honest besides! Good to know.

They charged me $295 ( with my preferred customer discount) to replace a fan motor on the condenser that was under warranty. This was just for labor and took less than a half hr. This was after being without air for 4 days due to a part shortage. On the fourth day, they were not helpful when I asked about the status of the part and told me it was… impossible to find where the part was even though I offered to go get it. Not responsive in communicating. I guess I do not expect to be without air for 4 days on a 2 year Trane unit and be charged almost $600/hr Labor
