I just wanted to take a minute and give a shout out to John, Jeanette and the team at Pristine Pools! We've had them as our pool service provider for the past 5 years and they are absolutely awesome! I highly recommend them.
They are locally-owned, provide full-service for your pool needs, and they actually CARE!! I will echo what Kimberly's said in her review below.. During the Feb '21 TX freeze, John also called & Facetimed with me walking me through exactly what I needed to do to save our pool pipes and spa heater as the storm was in full-effect, power gone and the entire area incapacitated

We highly recommend this locally-owned full-service pool service company. Jeanette and John are amazing and truly care about their clients. During the recent Feb 2021 Austin/Texas blizzard, John called/Facetimed with us personally to walk through the steps to protect our pool equipment from being a complete loss given we lost power for five days. They worked long hours sourcing and ordering replacement parts ahead of the rush so that we had minimal downtime. They’ve been wonderful! I’m very pleased with their services. I’m very particular and they’ve met my expectations. Pristine Pools is also very responsive to emails and had honored the requests I’ve had for the next weekly visit (I’ve only had one or two requests). We have had a great experience with Pristine Pools for several years. We tried several other pool companies, but Pristine is the only one who communicates well, is very knowledgeable about all facets of pool maintenance, professionally handles our equipment, and always keeps our pool looking fantastic. We love our "Pool Guys" at Pristine Pools! They always do a great job making sure our pools is nice every week and when the algae get out of control we always know we can count on Pristine Pools to helps us out. We also got married a few years ago next to our pool and they made it picture perfect and looking back at pictures our pool was beautiful and sparkling! They are worth every penny we spend! I 100% recommend them to anyone who needs a pool care!!!

They do an excellent job on the pool, and have been quick to solve any mechanical or other problem that has occurred with our pool. Excellent! We got a new pool last year and have been using them since. We have an "annoying area" of our pool that collects a lot of dirt, especially during swim season. I was super particular about it. They met my expectations and used the vacuum and every time they come the young man is sure to clean the whole pool very well and that area in particular extremely well. We couldn't be happier with their services! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a family owned business in Austin!

My pool technician (Brad) and the rest of the team; especially the owner John, are always reliable and quick to respond to any special needs. I highly recommend them as a pool service provider.
