They are great. They arrived when they said they would. The service person knew what he was doing and took a minimum amount of time to fix the problems. He was very polite and personable and put everything back in order when he was done. I could not ask for better service!

Even though I was outside their service area, Lyn said he'd make a trip to have a look, but first asked me to try a simple test. He asked me to try running the heater with the pool's filter cartridge removed, and see if it still shut off with a 'service heater' message after running

Had the pool pump replaced by this company. Took my old pump away. I have requested to keep the basket and lid but the owner took away anyway. Called to have the working items returns back to me. The owner said they no longer have my old pump and will drop off the basket and lid at my house. It was three month ago. And, I haven’t seen the parts belonged to me.

the pool was very hard to maintain the algae , when we fired the previous owners pool company we hired Austin Pool Service who came recommended to us by our realtor and Lynn found the filters to be plugged solid and more then likely never cleaned. Lynn took apart the filter and cleaned it along with other components to the pool and have never had issues with Algea for 2 seasons now.. I would rate Lynn 10 stars if
