We are proud to have built more than 100 homes in Landfall, a prestigious, 2200-acre, gated community named 'best address' to live by Forbes Magazine. Nestled on the Intracoastal Waterway in beautiful Wilmington, NC, Landfall is only minutes from Wrightsville Beach and Historic Downtown. The community has over 1500 uniquely designed homes with 4 1/2 miles of water front properties.
If you ask Wilmington residents why they love the area many will simply say, "the water" and "the laid-back lifestyle." While many answers are more elaborate, the common thread is almost always the coastal lifestyle and, without question, boating, fishing, surfing, kayaking and just being near the water make us all happy to live here.

Mark completed the building of our home in 2011, yet amazingly continues to immediately respond to any and all questions or problems that may arise with the maintenance of our home. Last week, while on vacation out of town, we called Mark about an issue with our hot water heater. Being concerned about the potential of a fire, Mark voluntarily went to our home and turned off the power/gas to the heater. This is but one example of the many times that Mark has been there for us over the past 10 years since completion of our home. Most memorable for us, is Mark responding to all of his former client

Mark Johnson built a house for a client of mine that was completed this year. I was very impressed with their communications, planning, processes, and they way they worked with the client every step of the way to meet their individual needs. Weekly updates highlighting progress in visual and written form and also by vendor was truly impressive. I work with a lot of builders as a real estate professional and this exceeded my expectations, and did for my client as well. We met Mark and Meredith a few years ago as we started putting together a team to help build our dream home. We ended up selecting them as our contractor before we even selected an architect because we felt so strongly that they would be a good fit for us. Boy, were we right! From helping us to assess which lot to buy, to ensuring our kitchen and master bath were perfectly designed, to going above and beyond after we moved in (They fixed our screened porch after a hurricane despite having no responsibility to do so) the team was tremendous.
The whole process was timely, on budget and transparent. MJ is using great customer-centric software that allows clients to monitor each day, so there is no need to nudge them for updates
