Refinishing is a great alternative to refacing, or installing new cabinets. Refinishing existing cabinetry costs a fraction of the price of a new installation, can be completed in far less time, and produces a much higher quality result than refacing. The average new kitchen cabinetry setup can incur costs up to $8000 - not cheap.
From demolition, to countertop installation, to plumbing, the entire process can take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks to complete - not quick either. Refacing costs less than installing new cabinetry, but is still about double that of refinishing because of the cost of materials. Paper-thin veneer is ironed onto the cabinet box and stained to match; over time the glue holding the veneer in place will fail, causing the veneer to peel off completely.
Upon color selection (of which there are hundreds of paints and stains to choose from), refinishing will be completed in about 3 days. We use a pre-catalyzed lacquer to create a seal that can withstand up to 20 years of everyday kitchen use.

Excellent craftmanship, reasonable price, very good value on new cabinet fronts and painting the existing. The work was completed in just 2 days so relatively little disturbance. Our remodeled kitchen looks very up to date now as we installed stainless appliances as well. I highly recommend this friendly and professional group. They pay attention to every detail for a perfectly well done project. We are most pleased with the result.

I listed a house in Boise with dog-chewed kitchen cabinets, and thought the sellers would have to completely replace the island. Revive Cabinetry re-did my kitchen cabinets, fireplace mantel and built in book cases 2 years ago. They still look amazing. I needed them to come back and fix a cabinet door and they came the day after I called. The customer service has been fantastic. I highly recommend them and will be using them to re-do my bathroom cabinets soon.

We recently purchased a home and decided to refinish/paint the cabinet. Our time slot to get the job done was narrow and Revive worked with us. Not only did they get the job done in the alotted time frame, they went above and beyond and installed the hardware on the cabinets and painted/placed other cabinet accents without us even asking.

We had knotty alder cabinets throughout the house. We wanted white, so we debated replacing them. Had Jacob from Revive come over with Brandon the cabinet maker as well. The cabinets were 2008 and in Excellent shape so they presented to have Brandon make new shaker doors and have Revive Cabinetry do their magic and refinish/paint the cabinets. It included serious prep along with new crown and they even painted our Mantle above the fireplace. It completely changed the feel of our house for a LOT less money then to have new cabinets made without the head ache of a full on construction site. We ended

We are thrilled with the work Revive did to refinish our kitchen cabinets. The new finish is beautiful... in fact, they look better than they did when new. The crew was efficient and concientious. They did a fabulous job taping off the cabinet interiors and the entire kitchen area to contain any sanding dust and then cleaned the work area perfectly before leaving. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional refinishing of their cabinets.
