Light industry requires a specific set of skills and experiences. ArcWest Architects has managed, designed and consulted on projects ranging from "greenfield" facilities and small production facility additions to large metropolitan equipment installations.
Residential Architecture is one of ArcWest Architects' core specialties, from new custom home designs, to home additions and remodels, to Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). We've helped hundreds of homeowners throughout the Denver Metro area and across the Front Range in achieving the homes of their dreams.
ArcWest Architects has designed numerous Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in several of Denver's neighborhoods. ADUs are detached accessory dwelling units such as a guest house that are detached from the primary residence and contain provisions for sleeping, cooking, and sanitation. As a local expert and architect of Denver ADUs, ArcWest has written several articles on the ADU planning and design process.

Kevin and the team at ArcWest were a perfect fit for our ADU in Sunnyside. They came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. Besides our unusual lot specifications, we also needed a variance for our project. Kevin shepherded us through that process and made it as painless as possible. We worked with Kevin and his team to create design and full construction drawings for a substantial remodel and expansion of our 1880’s Victorian house in northeast Denver. We worked with Kevin and his team in 2016-18 on our significant home addition and ADU in the Potter Highlands. Kevin was exceptionally knowledgeable about the Landmark approval process. Robin and ArcWest provided a highly competent service in our house remodel. Robin and his team took extra care in understanding that our remodel needed to not be over built for the neighborhood we lived in and was cost conscious on both recommending materials and what certain design changes would entail on the builders side. Robin at ArcWest did an outstanding job creating design concepts and full construction drawings for our new garage. The design matches our shingle victorian house beautifully and Robin was expeditious about incorporating changes that I requested along the way. After design was done, he referred my to a general contractor that did a great job on the build -- even the city inspector commented on the quality work. One small mistake came up during the build and Robin showed up within a few hours to sort out the issue with the contractor. All was resolved smoothly and to my liking. ArcWest provided
