Honest and reliable local company. My HVAC stopped working and I thought I have to replace the whole unit since it's been very old. The owner just replaced the part that's just needed and my unit started working
again. He was able to save me some money and gave me a quote for a new one in case in the future if I need to replace it. Highly recommended.

I hired free air mechanical for my complicated HVAC job. I had a old heater system connected to my water heater in a small closet in my condo on the second floor, and an ac unit on the roof of my condo complex. The water heater bursted and I had to replace my water heater, heater system and ac unit. Peter came out diagnosed the issue, made professional recommendation and performed an outstanding job getting rid of all my old systems and installing a new air handler with a heat pump in my closet and on my roof. He was on time, professional, fast working and very knowledgeable. His pricing was outstanding

Petko and his son are great. Honest, fast and reliable. His pricing is very fair and just an overall nice guy. They came the same day and got my AC unit running again. Embarrassingly, I had to call them again because of a simple fix- equivalent to not plugging something in- and he came and fixed it the same day again in 30 seconds while I looked on sheepishly. I’d use this duo again.

The AC was in VERY bad condition in our condo, Peter was able to give us an estimate over the phone then a formal estimate in person. His price was VERY reasonable and A LOT LOWER than any other contractors we contacted (4 other contractor estimates). He came with his own PPE, he completed the job in a timely manner and communication was always on point! He kept all his appointments and was always on time! I am a mechanical engineer so I know what we needed and didn’t need, he did not recommend anything that we did not need and he was very straight forward. I recommend Peter for any HVAC jobs

Free Air Mechanical delivered excellent service at a price that blows away the big advertised names. He and his son installed a 3 ton condenser on 8-04-2020. Their skill level was also superior to what I had received from the big names. He has been doing HVAC for sixteen years and it shows. Came on time, (actually a little early) and with a COVID mask. He was helpful, honest, and skilled. I will recommend him and his son to friends who want highly skilled work at an excellent price. I texted him that I also needed a UV bulb replacement for the evaporator coil and he texted back that he is calling

Next was so busy,it took 3 weeks for a sales visit. Another sent bid, but to wrong email. Petko came out within 3 hours. He emailed me proposal that evening as promised. His pricing was great, reviews great. He was personable and confident.

Peter was able to come within 2 hours to diagnose and fix an issue with one of my AC compressors. He is obviously quite skilled at his trade and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue, including replacing an old valve that was not functioning. His pricing was reasonable and I would use him again - he is a trustworthy technician.

Petko was very knowledge about his work. He helped explain to me the problems was having with my A/C unit and also gave me some recommendations on some of the different brands I could go with in order to replace the system. He also provided me with the option to repair it but with the possibility that it wil only last a shorter life span. I really appreciated the fact that he took his time to outline things for me and give me the opportunity to see what I wanted to do with my situation.

Our very old air conditioner stopped working in the 109 degree heat wave last week. I called Petko after reading reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor.com. I called him @ 2:30 and he was at our house @ 5 pm same day. He was able to get the condenser started but we knew it was on borrowed time. Today he installed a brand new unit at a resonable price. Very happy with his service and would definitely recommend.

I got a call from my tenant at 8:00 AM on a Saturday saying they smelled smoke coming from the heating ducts, obviously this got my attention. Free Air Mechanical was referred to me by a work acquaintance so I looked them up on Yelp to see what others had to say. Needless to say I called Free Air within about 5 minutes of reading the reviews.
I wish all referrals were as spot on as this one was. I called Free Air at about 8:30 and Peter (Petko) picked up the phone and was able to get out there the same morning. This immediately put my tenant at ease knowing we took this seriously. Unfortunately

Petko did a great job with our dryer vent extension set-up. It was in a very awkward position originally (and vented into the garage), so he had to get creative with venting it to the outside. Quoted us an accurate and good price, and completed the job 2 days later. He was efficient, honest, and professional.

I have found water leaking from my central AC and I quoted a couple of companies. Most other companies are big companies which just gave me standard answers and quotes. They seem to have a lot of margins by quoting up the price. Since I already had not so great experience with a big plumbing company who came to find out the leaking issue, I didn't feel like to use another big company for my AC. So I found this small business with just 5 reviews, but all 5 stars.
Gave them a call and they are willing to come on the same day. Initially they said 5pm, but they are out working and actually arrived

I highly recommend Free Air Mechanicals. We had a few other estimates that ranged from fixing our AC to completely replacing it. He was by far the most reliable, honest, patient and affordable. I would recommend him any day for any HVAC job. He doesn't have a ton of reviews yet because he only moved here two years ago with his family but trust me, he is the best!

We were referred to these guys by a friend and they did a wonderful job!
