Today while replacing an AC unit at my property in Mission Valley, the tech verbally and physically assaulted me. He jumped my patio wall and attacked me. The police were called and he was arrested. Why this company employees people like this is beyond me. Violent offenders need to fired and locked up. I have contact channel 10 news HGTV to run this story. As I will every news station in this city. He messed with the wrong tenant here. I have a broke blood vessel in my eye and bruises on my back and shoulders. Not to mention the damaged property by this punk employee. It was all caught with audio

I've got a water source heat pump HVAC unit in my small business. Had maintenance, repair and servicing all done previously by "Stay Cool Mechanical Air" who were excellent. National Air and Energy bought "Stay Cool". Then sent a service tech to my business, Joe, who was completely unsatisfactory and an hour and a half late. This was the first visit of a brand new annual service contract. Joe did none of what was promised as part of the servicing agreement and left with the unit still not operating properly. I called to complain, and Mono in their Servicing Department cancelled my contract. I wouldn

I called to replace my old thermostat with a new touch thermostat.
I was provided with a time a 2 HOUR window. Brian came in and replaced my new thermostat he was prompt and showed me how to use the new thermostat. I wanted to mention that i also have a maintenance contract which gives me a peace of mind. I dont have to worry that my equipment will fall apart
Maintenance is important to keep the and I have 2 HVAC equipments that get maintenance done.
I have a maintenance contract with National Air for over 6 years. They change the belts - filters and make sure the bearings are lubricated. they

Absolute rookies in installation of controls. Cannot put in a straight line of conduit and used smaller gage wire than called for by manufacture. They also used PCV instead of EMT. Left the jobsite a total mess with product packaging left all over the ground. Had to call back to fix and clean so many times the warranty ran out before all the problems were identified. Will never use this vendor again.

Great company, solid hardworking family business with instantaneous response time. The repair specialist we had come to our apartment building was more than knowledgeable about our antiquated system and was able to bring it back to life instead of the inevitable replacement and keep our tenants happy. I can only say good things about the owner Jared and his guys. It's a breath of fresh air in the shameless hvac business that exists in San Diego. Thanks again. Highly recommend national air and their servicing especially for the older harder to get parts for equipment.

We just had a big move and I must say, we would not have been able to do it without this place! When we arrived at our new home we found out there was a problem with the a/c unit. The national air & energy guys were so friendly, and came out to fix it in a matter of no time. They were respectful and they got the job done way quicker than I thought possible. Thank you so much guys!

THE WORST and UNETHICAL HVAC company in the universe. I wish I could give this place negative stars. They leave your roof a complete mess full of old parts, cigarettes and trash from their lazy workers. They steel your HVAC parts that are working and then sell you an "upgrade". You pay for a quarterly maintenance program to help preserve your units when in fact, they don't do any maintenance at all. I know this because a 1 year old unit should not need a new fan motor if it was taken care of properly by your trusted HVAC contractor. The owner Ron of the company is the worst person

As a long time retailer I realize the difficulty in finding a trusted air conditioning company that can work on commercial air conditioning system or HVAC's. Located inside a mall, the list to choose is even smaller due to the need to carry a very high insurance premium.
To my experience there are far too many hacks and amateurs in this field which comes from years of expensive experience. . . Don't settle for the lowest bidder, since many times you will pay for a lousy and unproductive experience.
This place was recommended to us by the mall office.
First time they came out, the system worked
