Anderson Appliance Service began with its roots in Independence, Missouri, where Steve Anderson learned the fundamentals of appliance repair through vocational training and mentoring from his father, Richard. Upon his retirement, Richard sold the company to Steve, who grew the business exponentially, and subsequently moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1996.
Since then, Anderson Appliance Service has adopted a focus on luxury residential appliance repair as well as excellence in customer service. In 2011, the company expanded and Steve's wife, Cher, joined the team part time as an administrator. Anderson Appliance's reputation reached new heights as its commitment to service and customer satisfaction became a major component of the company's new vision.
By 2014, Viking Range, LLC had approached Steve and asked that he join their team of industry-leading service providers. Together, they have been partnering to ensure that the Viking product lines are matched with quality service to enhance the brand's cutting edge innovation and the technological expertise of The Middleby Corporation, which have transformed the residential market in Arizona.

This company is a gem! They are honest, trustworthy, professional, and reliable! I called Anderson Appliance to convert my Viking range from gas to propane, fix a broken door hinge, and replace some broken lights. I had a good experience right off the bat speaking with Sierra. She is very nice and does a great job at communicating with you throughout the process. Steve came out to do the conversion and repairs. He was very knowledgeable!!! My range is working perfectly and I couldn’t be happier! Also, I need to mention that they are only 1 of 2 certified Viking specialist in the valley! Give

I can't say enough good things about Cher and Steve. As a homeowner with many Viking Appliances, I had the unfortunate experience of having an expensive fridge get a "sealed system leak" after about 9 years. Long story short, it was a nightmare experience between my Home Warranty company and Viking warranty repairs.
Cher and Steve went above and beyond to help resolve the issue and did not even charge me for labor to install a sensor. Very knowledgeable and professional. Wish them the best and wonder why all service companies are not like that.

We live in Prescott at least 100 miles from Anderson Appliance. We've had problems with the Viking refrigerator that came with the house we bought a few years ago. There is no Viking authorized repair company in my area. I got ahold of Steve and he quickly scheduled an appointment, arrived on time and completed repairs that appeared to fix the problem. However the fridge didn't stay fixed. He came back at least 3 more times (at no charge!!!) and attempted to make things right. I figured that the 10+ year old fridge was due to be replaced so I planned on buying a new fridge, a Sub Zero not a Viking

We have a Viking dish washer that was not an easy one for this team to fix. Plus we live a long way away from the office. They did everything they could to make things right. It may have take longer than anyone wanted but in the end we are 100% satisfied. I would recommend Anderson Appliance Service to anyone.

Steve is the best! I called a parts company as I have an off brand commercial range and no one else would touch it. He came highly recommended. They said if Steve can't fix it no one in town can. He is known to be able to handle tricky appliance situations. I can't speak for his techs but I will go to him for all my appliance needs.

Steve, the owner of Anderson Appliance Service, is FANTASTIC. He solved a pesky problem and fixed our dishwasher when others were unable to figure out the issue. In additional to being skilled, he is personable and enjoyable to be around. I highly recommend Anderson Appliance for your appliance repair needs.
