Varden came over the next morning after I submitted a request on the website. He completed the A/C repair quickly and at a reasonable cost. His website and communication through it and texts were helpful and easy to use. We will definitely use his company again! I was lucky enough to randomly get excellence air through home shield almost two years ago, usually warranty companies send a crap company out and they never seem to be able to fix the problem. However excellence air came out, took the time to figure out the problem and then fixed it! Since then I don’t even bother calling my warranty company, I just call excellence air. I’m not 100% positive but the company seems to be owner run and operated, and that is what makes the difference, no random fees and over priced services.
