4 attempts in a week...over 48 hour period ~ 36 of them were made worse. 90+ degrees inside! "guessed wrong" about the compressor fluid charge? apparently the calculations are harder when it is hot. what? was I supposed to do the math? early on, the 1st tech opted for $6 fix (motor run capacitor) but so much more was wrong. days later same problem - no blower fan. 3 techs installed new equipment (blower fan and compressor/fan assembly) but that only worked for one hour before transforming into a heater...so...no KoldAir (the irony)

It was the coldest day of the year and temperatures that night were supposed to be below freezing, not only was the office staff super wonderful, Bennie who came out to check our furnace was amazing. Not only was he able to quickly figure out what was wrong; call the shop and pick up the part; and get it installed for us. We are forever grateful and would definitely recommend Koldiar to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning repair.

I work at a commercial property that formally used KoldAir. They have caused more problems than they ever got close to fixing. Ducting was poorly repaired, leaving holes large enough to stick your hand through... one “new” AC was clearly damaged after installation... one repaired unit had ducting directing conditioned air into the attic space versus the room it is suppose to be cooling. God only knows how much it will cost to repair all the mistakes and sheer carelessness KoldAir left us with. HVAC is highly dependent on efficiency, and any lower price they may quote you, with survey be eaten

Our a/c unit was pushing warm air last night, we called Koldair at 7am and they were here by 7:30am and our a/c was working by 8am.
Both technicians were wearing masks and they were both polite and informative.
I have been using Koldair for about 15 years and they have always been honest and they have fair prices.

I tried out 3 different HVAC contractors, multiple times before finding Koldair. I gave them a try because a friend from my car club worked for them, and I had major complaints with every other HVAC contractor I dealt with.
Bob has been very accommodating since day one, always sending someone to take care of our issues within a day, sometimes even same day. That's why now Koldair is handling 2 dozen buildings for me.
The first year, Bob recommended we perform spring/fall tune-ups so all our units get inspected just prior to cooling/heating season. Since many of our units are around 30 years
