How refreshing to deal with a business owner who calls back, answers questions, send links to videos, explains all the options, wait period, etc. etc. It was so easy to deal with Richard and he got the job done in a few days after my call to him. Arrived on time, called just before coming to confirm, worked without a rush, moved our items in the garage and then moved them back. He worked hard and neatly, left everything organized and clean. We went from having old, crappy, manual opening garage doors to a super smooth, quiet electric door opening setup. Bo explained clearly how long a wait there would be for our new insulated doors to arrive, and what we would need to do to prepare for them. (We needed to get electric outlets installed.) This is the second time I use Cornell doors. Both times they have been quick to take care of my issues. Not only are they just in their pricing, but generous. Do your homework or skip to Cornell. After calling multiple companies, for replacing my garage door spring, including some referrals, I checked Yelp again. Based on the number and quality of positive review comments, I called Cornell for a quote. The voice mail suggested I send a text which I did. I heard back within 20 min via text. I was quoted $230 total for replacing both springs on my double aluminum garage door.
