John and Christian are AWESOME! I had an unexpected need of garage door and door opener replacement, John showed up quickly after received the call. He inspected the entire garage door and door opener. He gave honest and professional opinions on what are absolutely needed to be replaced. John responded to my service request within an hour by calling 30 minutes ahead of his arrival. Very professional and courteous. I was out of town at the time of service so he sent pictures of the broken spring, gave me the quote and had repairs made within an hour. He send pics and receipt. Very pleased with John, his service and his follow up...

Ryan was great—he arrived promptly and did a quality (and quick) job replacing our garage door spring. He also went above and beyond the call of duty and fixed a locking mechanism that hadn’t properly worked since we’d moved in a few years ago. I would definitely recommend his services.

What little I knew about the operation of a garage door (apart from clicking the remote button) was even more complicated by the technical expertise by Service Basix. Not a complaint but rather insightful about the mechanics and engineering of a household item that is greatly under appreciated. If you didn't know, the coiled springs above your garage door are the workhorse to lifting and lowering the door. Those coils were busted and I had to find out the hard way how heavy a garage door weighs. Needless to say, Service Basix came out the following day, assessed the problem, walked me through
