Our family has been in the HVAC service industry, in our hometown of Jacksonville, for two generations. The technician was knowledgeable and professional! It was a Sunday and I am Thankful to have heat again. I would recommend them and I would use them again! Just know that the repair was Expensive, so if you can wait until a weekday it may save you a little money.

1st let me start with saying I should have scheduled them first. We went w someone else and they kept pushing back the expected time, so we called Bold City pretty close to 4:30pm and was able to schedule someone for the same day. Derrick came out around 5:30, super personable, we discussed what I had checked and he went to work. Solved my issue pretty quick and got me up and running again in less than an hour. Was worth it after a warm night, an aggravated pregnant wife and a hot 2 yr old all day.

Sam, our technician, was very professional and considerate of our home during the installation process. He took time to explain how the system works and shared with us some best practices in order to get the most out of our new AC system. Senad, our sales person, was very pleasant and did not hesitate to give us a straight forward quote without any price haggling! He also threw in a couple of accessories in order to enhance our systems performance! Glad we chose Bold City to replace our system! I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their Air Conditioning equipment!

We needed some major duct cleaning here at our two story facility. We also needed all of our supply and return grills changed out (75-100 pieces). The team knew it would be a task so they were sure to show up with enough guys to get the job done in a timely fashion. They were on time both days and worked consistent until the job was completed. They were all professional with a great sense of humor (which we love). If we had any questions throughout the process they were always able to give us an answer. The morning following the work being done, we received numerous compliments from our personnel
