I cant rate highly enough. I had a tricky order of lots of small lamp shades. Gary helped me out with frames, materials, bulb sizes. He worked so hard to get it right. I'm really happy with the results. The shades were made up and delivered quickly. Excellent quality, price, choice and customer service.

So pleased I came across this place online after searching for suitable lamp shades for two old brass lamps I bought. The choice is endless and you can even have them custom made. I needed quite a bit of guidance in choosing the right shade and Kirsty couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. My shades arrived today and they are beautiful.

After many attempts to find someone that could make shades with american style fittings, I found Imperial Lighting via a google search. Kirsty was so helpful and always quick to reply...and the turnaround time was great for custom shades. I am thrilled with the shades and highly recommend this company.

I did not opt for samples or colour charts which I think concerned Imperial. Just received my shades and they are perfect. Exactly as I thought they would be based on the descriptions and colour and fabric charts on their website. They kept me informed of the progress of my order and they were delivered when they said they would be and solidly packed so there could not possibly be any accidental damage during transit. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and I would very happily use them again myself.

What a wonderful shop!! They have provided me with quite a number of shades over the years and even the interior designer commented on what great quality they are. The colour selection is fantastic and customer service second to none.
I had 1 shade delivered recently which was slightly damaged and they have gone above and beyond to rectify and put this right.

Excellent company to deal with. I have used Imperial Lighting for the past 10 years for both my hotel and home and have been very pleased with the service and quality of their lampshades.
