I hired Mike to install metal and wood fencing back in 2018 to my front property with an electric gate. The work took longer then what Mike said it would be. I had to get a fence up to increase security because of theft on our property by homeless people. Mike asked for a check every week, even though the work was never done and now I know why. He later admitted to me after the work was done that he was doing someone "a favor". This was illegal and I should've reported him to BBB.

Highly recommended for all your gate needs. When our gate remained stuck in the open position and the original installer did not return our call, we searched for someone that can help us here on Yelp and came across Gate and Access Pros. I had an excellent experience with Gate and Access Pros. I had an electric gate that wasn't working. Mike came out and explained my options very clearly. He replaced the motor, and set everything up well. He was responsive, professional and did the work as promised. 8 months later, the gate wasn't working and I called him. He responded immediately and came out to check. The wiring was lose on the plug (our error), but he quickly fixed everything and made sure everything was working.

Mike was fantastic...replaced our gate operators very quickly (which was important as they were dead!) and efficiently, cleaned up after, and did it all for a better price than our original gate company quoted. We had some phantom openings the week after installation (we still don't really know why) but he came out and checked within hours of our call and haven't had another experience of that since. Would highly recommend Mike for his quick response time, quality product and service, as well as excellent pricing!

I have never had a better experience with a service individual than Mike of Gate and Access Pros. The recent winds bent my driveway gate inside-out, leaving me stuck. Mike came out within an hour of my phone call, and in the driving wind and rain got to work fixing it. He could not have been more gracious and friendly in adverse conditions. He was soaked by the end. He even gave me some tips on improving the gate to avoid having the same problem in the future.

I had a great experience dealing with Gate and Access Pros for our driveway gate. I called up on a Sunday requesting free estimate to fix our gate that broke down after the recent paver installation on our driveway. Michael promptly returned my phone call and showed up Monday on time for troubleshooting the issue. After thorough checking, he concluded that the electric motor has gone bad. I liked his great attitude to troubleshoot and fix the issue as opposed to recommending me replacing the entire gate operator (like other contractors did). I called several companies to get an estimate for a gate repair for one of the properties that I manage. The cost to diagnose the issue ranged from $99 to $199. I spoke to Michael and he told me that there is no charge for him to come out. I definitely wanted to work him based on his excellent reviews and getting a free estimate was a no-brainer. He was extremely busy but he was able to check out the gate today, while I was at a meeting. He called to let me know that the motor is working fine but there is a time delay from the keypad. He spent at least a half-hour to make sure the gate worked properly

Mike is very professional and exceeded our expectations. The gate motor we had was made in China and just not powerful enough to pull the heavy gate. Not only did Mike recommend a much more powerful motor by Lift Master, he added an excellent infrared safety sensor and soft close feature. Mike is awesome! He responded my estimate request in 10 min, then he stopped by next day to take a look at my 20 years old gate operator and gate, inspected the wires very carefully and detailed explain to me what need to be done, and gave the estimate price in the end of the day. Mike responded to my Request for a Quote right away and was at my house in 40 minutes. He spent a good hour diagnosing what turned out to be a very complicated issue with my gate. Ultimately after testing a number of things he concluded that my circuit board/electrical system was shot. He was able to fix the problem the very next day. He would've fixed it day of but he needed time to get me a new circuit board. He even matched the price that a different provider was willing to charge. I was very happy with Mike and will definitely be using him again.

I had a really good experience with Mike. He came out almost immediately after I contacted him. He took a look at my gate and explained to me very thoroughly all of the things he would do to motorize it. He took the time to explain everything very clearly. Then within a week, the gate was motorized just as he said!
I have a dual swing gate that is on a hilly street, so he had to do some clever maneuvering to get the gate to function properly (i.e. a sensor and broad reflector mounted in a very precise location). I'm also in a very sunny area, so he went ahead and hooked up a solar panel
