I have been using 3 Rivers for 2 years now. They are easy to communicate with and show up on time as promised. I especially appreciate that they give me a heads up on parts that need to be replaced in the next year so I can plan on budgeting for those repairs. I would much rather replace an igniter this year than deal with a no heat situation next year!

Brad was very courteous, prompt and was able to not only perform maintenance on the furnace, but he also discovered two wiring problems that had been changed by previous technicians. Fixing these wiring problems improved the safety of my furnace and will also save me money in the long run by increasing its efficiency. I will definitely have him back in the Spring for AC service!

I highly recommend Brad at Three Rivers for all your heating and cooling needs! He is extremely skilled, honest, reliable, professional, courteous and very fair with pricing. Brad works quickly and efficiently but takes time to explain exactly what is needed and cleans up the work area when he's finished. Other companies I've hired would always try and sell me ridiculous service plans "clubs" or try and up sell me on repairs not needed or simply not fix the problem the first time! Brad was extremely knowledgeable about the issue going on with the blower motor of my furnace and was able to diagnose, replace a part, test to make sure everything was in working order--all within a very efficient timeline so that I could get on with New Year's Eve plans. He also gave me a forecast for the remainder of the life left on the blower so I could financially prepare for an eventual motor replacement. Had issue with inducer starting to go out. Sent request to Brad for quote and received a response very quickly from Brad. I advised him of the issue and this was on Sunday morning and he got back to me first thing on Monday morning with the quote. Also advised I would like to have maintenance done and he was able to do that as well. Brad came to the house and installed the new inducer and also did the maintenance where he found out I had also a capacitor going out and that was needing to be replaced and shown the readings as well. Brad did an excellent job in a timely manner at a reasonable rate

We got several quote to put AC into our new house (a complicated job since it's a 1920's bunaglow and there weren't ducts upstairs). We ended up going with Three Rivers because they were the most reasonable, fast response and honest. Brad was the only guy we got a quote from that explained we'd need to do ductless units upstairs, everyone else said we'd be fine with the basic unit downstairs (wrong).
Brad and his partner were always on time, respectful and nice and did fast, efficient work. We are 100% happy with the work and how the two units are

We were so totally pleased with the Prompt response from This company. Brad the owner and technician cares. He is competent efficient and reasonably priced in comparison to other companies of this type. We heard a loud rattling noise when we turned on the furnace and he found the problem right away a loose bolt and took care of it! I Wanted to highly recommend Brad and this company.

Quick response to my phone call, appointment scheduled in 2 days, showed up early, did maintenance check on furnace and air-co systems, provided detailed billing. Cost was much more reasonable than other bids and Brad is a very patient and pleasant person. I will definitely use Three Rivers again for all my heating and air-co needs!
