I was disappointed when they called and said they would not be willing to itemize my bid for my gate system. They took the time to send a tech out and get the scope of work needed, and I was willing to review additional items that needed to be done, but asked that they itemize the work and cost associated with that work that needs to be done. I am spending $8k+ and having an itemized bid provides me with full transparency and allows me to compare bids to other vendors. When vendors aren't willing to itemize its because they are afraid for you to see what they charge for labor and for the parts

Thought we had my gate working but problems continued...workers trapped in my driveway because gates wouldn't open, gates opening randomly due to default of Liftmaster system installed by Maverick Gates.
Condensation on sensors caused workers unable to access property.
Finally, magnet that holds gate firmly closed stopped working the gate to hang open.
You might as well leave your front gates wide open if you have a security system you cannot trust.
Sadly, I would not recommend this product or the company that installed it.

Both of my front gates are working just like they should thanks to Maverick Gates! My gates had been opening and closing erratically for several months. Two months ago, I called Upright Garage Doors to repair my Gates. They said I needed to replace the four wheels, charged me $800 and said they couldn't do anything about the erratic opening and closing because it wasn't doing it while they were there and they left. Yesterday, my frustration level with the gates got to the point I had to try something more, despite my expensive, disappointing experience with Upright two months earlier

Had some issues with the product itself in the beginning, but cannot say enough about follow up and communication with this company....outstanding. They stand behind and support their work. My installer Don, was the absolute best!

Maverick Gates quickly and efficiently installed and repaired a very large wrought iron gate for us that had to be replaced after the big monsoon last month. When our gate person we initially hired, bailed on us, Donna and Brett came to our rescue. Brett came out right away, inspected, quoted and returned to the job site when he said they would. I am so glad I found them and will keep them in my directory for all of the commercial properties I manage for All Out Enterprises.

I've been using Maverick Gates for approximately 3 years. Their customer service is top notch and they come out super quick! Their pricing is by far the most competitive that I've found and their techs are fully knowledgeable in their field. Once they've fixed something I don't have to worry that it wasn't done correctly or that it is only a "band-aid" that will fall off a few days or weeks later. Maverick Gates is the only company that I will allow to work on my gating, FOB and "tech" (cameras, wiring etc) needs!

Had my gate along the side of my house break and needed it fixed ASAP. I called multiple other companies and most were rude, and had a 2 to 3 week wait before an appointment can be made. I decided to call Maverick Gates and was greeted by a friendly gentleman on the phone. He was upfront about all pricing, and said a tech would be able to come out and fix the gate within a few hours! Recommend this company greatly! Very good prices as well!
