Kory and his crew were awesome. Incredibly responsive - actually got back to me the same day in a matter of hours and we handled everything via text and email. I had budgeted a certain amount and was pleasantly surprised at their quote after completing the on-site measurement. Kory installed shower a shower enclosure with a rain pattern several years ago and I'm just now realizing that I never posted a review. I must say he and the young man helping him (sorry, can't remember his name) did such a great job. They were very professional and polite. The shower enclosure still looks brand new. I really like the rain pattern. I would highly recommend Paradigm.

After having a contractor disappear before completing work on my shower remodel, Kory came to the rescue. He took measurements of my shower, gave me a catalog of optional hardware and installed them to my request. He was not pushy about various options like other local glass companies that I spoke to. I hired Paradigm Glass to repair my cracked front window. I called several companies, and Paradigm by far had the best price. I also liked that I was able to send Kory measurements and pictures to get an estimate - which he honored 100%. The folks he sent to fix the window were super fast and very professional. This company is very reliable, honest and fast. I used them several months ago. I've been meaning to write a review ever since and just hadn't gotten around to it until now. I had my shower re-tiled by another company and they put the frameless glass shower door back on crooked, so I was having leakage and slippage problems. I wanted a professional glass guy to fix it, since it really wasn't the tile guy's area of expertise (obviously). My fellow Yelpers hooked me up with Kory at Paradigm. Found Paradigm on Yelp when I needed to install a pre-made glass shower door. Kory and his team did an excellent job of getting it installed. When it was first installed water leaked out of the bottom a little bit, do to my other builder not making the step level/square. Kory and his team worked with me on getting it taken care of.
I have to say if you are trying to save money by buying a pre-made door, don't do it. Have Kory and his team build you a custom door. I now know it cost the same and custom looks much better.

I found Paradigm Glass on Yelp. They had good reviews and some good pictures. I called and spoke with Kory. I had already had another company come out and measure but Kory stated he would want to come measure to insure accuracy. We texted a few times and Kory was informative and fast to reply. Kory was extremely helpful in making suggestions for our shower that came with no door or wall! Water was getting all over the bathroom. I wanted to keep it modern and leave it open but with a nice big glass splash wall so he gave me a few options and within 2 weeks the glass was ordered and installed to my custom request.

Would hire again. Kory installed frame-less shower sliding glass door in my newly renovated 3/4 bathroom. Finished product looks amazing! His pricing is very competitive. Cory installed my shower glass and removed 10 huge mirrors for my gym with with out any hiccups. From the first phone call to the final installation of our frameless shower system Kory was helpful, professional, friendly and delivered on his promises. We had the good fortune of finding Kory at Paradigm Glass for a custom shower enclosure we needed built. Not only was he incredibly professional, on-time and knowledgeable, he delivered a very high quality product and service. The custom, frameless shower door is now the centerpiece of our remodeled bathroom. He also came back at no cost after the install to add a shower sweep we wanted placed. The end result is fantastic.
