ROYAL LAWN SERVICE is a Joke and if you have a nice or pristine lawn or want one, don't let them cut your grass! They will ruin your lawn. They will tear up your lawn and will not provide proper support to fix their issues. The problems start with Nicole (a self-proclaimed president of the company). Since I have allowed them to cut my… Lawn, it looks terrible where they trim it and use the weed eaters. Look at the reviews from other customers you will see the same issues. They trim the edges down to the dirt and it's so bad that it kills the grass along the edges and causes weeds to grow

I just received the worst service from Royal. Our agreement was to mow, weed-eat, and edge my lawn. From the attached photos you can see the only thing they accomplished was the mowing…and that was even sub-par. I had to call their office several times to get the situation addressed because they would not return my call. I finally got the office manager, Nicole, to call me back. She sent their field manager to drive by our house. He apparently told her that all the work was appropriately completed. I couldn't be more disappointed with this company. The customer service is nothing less than offensive. I'm not sure, but I suspect it's a scam.
I called Royal because one irrigation station wasn't working and I couldn't find the water valve because it had been buried by erosion. I presumed they had a wire finder.
Long story short, I now have not one, but 3 stations that don't work, a broken spray head that was left lying on the lawn, much unnecessary rewiring of stations which are now out of order and a large bill for wasted time.

I have had outstanding lawn care and could not be more pleased with Royal Lawn Service. I've been monitoring the lawn across the street for some time now and based on results I hired Royal. My results have been spectacular! I also decided to have a Hydrawise irrigation system added and truth be told it hasn't been there for long and I find it very fun to use, I'm like a child with a new toy and I don't miss fussing with hoses and timers that need constant replacement. My grass looks fantastic all the time. I had the fall clean up and my yard looks like a carpet- it's amazing and has never looked

We have had an awful experience with Royal Lawn. We have used them for the last month and every week we have to call the office after the mowers leave because they leave the yard looking like the pictures I've attached. They sent the crew back the first week to remow it. Last week we remowed it ourselves. I thought after sending the pictures they would talk to their employees, but I guess they didn't because we had the same experience with them today. Such a disappointment.

Incredible service and results. I have a very large amount of area to treat (13-14 acres) and Royal has made those 13-14 acres SO MUCH more manageable. Because the weeds have been virtually eliminated, mowing can occur less frequently. ALL the dandelions are gone! Mowing couldn't stop them. This is a great place to do business!

I need to report a sodomy! Waaaaaay overpriced for sub-standard work. Unfortunately, I was over a barrel and needed to have some trees and bushes trimmed before putting my house on the market. I feel that they took advantage of this. Charged an astronomical price, more than triple what I had paid before to another company when I had more time and the other company did more work. They basically hacked my bushes to small, gnarly stubs and only trimmed the trees as far up as they could reach with loppers. The contract I stupidly agreed to said, "...per conversation." Wezzy and Todd came out and mowed my lawn and were very professional and polite. I have had a dozen lawn care " Professionals " come to mow my yard and all have left the job unfinished due to a very steep hill on my property but these gentlemen mowed my hill twice just to make sure it looked good. I am very satisfied with the company and will be using them on a regular basis!
