On Saturday, March 23, 2019 we received our annual spring A/C checkup. Our service advisor was Eric Rodriguez. He was very professional and thorough in his performance. He took the time to explain what was completed and the readings from the A/C unit. It was more than I expected. I hope Eric continues with the company because he is good at what he does. I hope he knows that A.I. (artificial intelligence) will never replace the services he performs.

I appreciated that on both days that it was necessary for service on my AC, Joe arrived early in the time frame given. I did not have to wait long at all. He identified himself on the first visit, showing his ID. He was pleasant after checking the A C, he showed me pictures of what he saw and what needed to be done to correct it. I chose to have the work done and it was done the following day. I have used Albritten for years and highly recommend them.

Thank you to ABC Cooling ( Allbritten) for a quick and prompt response today for a service repair on my AC unit. Service Tech Pool Vang was very friendly and arrived on time. Great representative of the company. I've been very happy with this company since they installed my Central Air and Heat unit about 10 yrs ago, and a new water heater a few years ago. I am very impressed with the company. They called me right before the technician was on their way. They were on time and courteous. Daniel Fernandez was the technician who helped. He was honest with the assessment and to the point. He gave great recommendations and other services the company provides. He would answer any question I had, without having to think about it. He knew his stuff. I will contact this company again. 5 stars!!!!!
