Where does one begin when you want to write the "best ever" review for a builder and construction company?
First off, we are not new to renovation work for our homes and condos in the past. I am pretty OCD and very particular on follow up and communication, quality and so detailed oriented , I keep a running excel spreadsheet on EVERYTHING!!
We did obtain a referral from a person in Pelican Bay who knew this company well for their work in PB. We are more than satisfied with Fernando and Leo at Spec Development in Naples. We are ecstatic !!

If there was an option to award more than 5 Stars -- we would! Our project entailed a full renovation, and the result exceeds expectations.
From our first meeting it was clear that Fernando & Leo are experienced professionals with an eye for detail. Everything from design, material choices and responsive communications to effectively managing the various subcontractors was seamless.
As with every project, the design evolved as we moved forward and the ability to be flexible is key. We were impressed that any issues were always balanced with several solutions to choose from.

Spec Development did a complete remodel on our condominium. If we could give them a 10-star rating, we would! They are meticulous about their work and the quality of their work is impeccable. Was aren't finished yet with our entire home renovation in Naples Florida but we are close and wanted to share our experience thus far! This is our final dream home!!
One word - "Spectacular" sums it up !!
Advice and suggestions from Fernando and Leo were honest and spot on - from initial planning - proposals - meetings in their office with pictures and plans on the large TV onto demo and renovations have been smooth- uneventful and painless!
The quality in all their work from demo and cleaning up at the end of the day to custom cabinets - porcelain floors - marble shower tile

Amazing experience. My sister and her husband had Spec Development remodel their condo in Fort Myers and referred us to them. We were very impressed with their condo and thought we would not be able to have something as high quality. We were so wrong. Leo and Fernando’s Crews did an outstanding job for us, with flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical, backsplash and beautiful custom cabinets with quartz countertops. Neighbors who have stopped in have been equally impressed with the quality of materials and installation.

We needed work done in our office and to say the team at Spec Development was incredible is an understatement. They went above and beyond to help us accomplish our goals with a limited budget. We retained Spec Development LLC to make three improvements to our new home in The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples:
First, they upgraded our stock closet shelving to a much improved closet management system with drawers, cubbies and shoe storage shelves. Their grey textured materials where a big improvement over the standard white alternatives. Our closets look very neat and clean now.
Secondly, Spec designed and installed a very nice, wall entertainment unit in our living room. They custom designed the unit to fit our space and to meet our requirements. It has beautiful, thick glass shelves

EXCEPTIONAL FROM BEGINNING TO END! We hired Leo & Fernando of SPEC Development for a total renovation of our Ft. Myers condo and to say they were unbelievably good is an understatement. We were so impressed during our first consultative visit as they listened, recorded every detail and made excellent construction and design recommendations that no other GC's who came through had done. I..e.: They explained that the stove top I wanted wouldn't work unless I modified my cabinets, or the sink I wanted would require a cabinet modification. The quality of their work is superior and they never cut corners

We just completed a remodel project with SPEC at our condo in Bonita Springs. They fully gutted and remodeled our kitchen, three bathrooms and installed new flooring in three bedrooms. They also stripped wallpaper and painted all ceilings, walls, trim and doors. We chose many of our finishes from their showroom in Naples. We are very happy with the end result. They did what they said, were on time and on budget. The communication was excellent throughout the process which was particularly important to us since we were out of town for the duration of the project. We would highly recommend SPEC Development

The work done by Spec Development LLC was amazing! Not only did it turn out better than I imagined but also the customer service surpassed my expectations. We used to have a dock that had a dangerous gap between the seawall and the dock. But, Spec Development didn't just improve the safety, they gave us a fantastic spot to view the dolphins! What was wasted space is now our favorite place to hang out. Thank you so much Spec Development! You did a great job and I can tell you take a lot of pride in your work.
