I went to 5 different places and chose Rock Solid. There is a big selection. Manny was so kind and helpful to work with. No pressure. The whole experience went like clockwork. Got hung up on while trying to get a price. Was told they don't have white with grey granite, but when I looked online under granite there was one. I told the gentleman about it and he stated it was not granite. So false advertising, when I tried to explain it to him where I found it on their website he hung up. Attached it what I found.

I heard great things about this business and even decided to go with them despite a lower quote from another. I have to say I am disappointed. The job was scheduled, then rescheduled due to an "accident." That can be understood, but when they did come they only did half the installation and had to return to do the other half. Ok. That can be explained. Maybe. But the installed quartzite was not polished. It felt rough to the touch , like a coarse scouring pad. The underneath felt smoother than the top. I called and spoke with Fernando who said he will need to speak to someone else.

Rock Solid put in two granite counter tops in my lanai and we are very happy with the counter tops and Rock Solid! Hugo was excellent in communicating with me, and in Southwest Florida, that is rare! He answered every text and call, worked to make our project affordable and the follow up to confirm dates and how the project finished up was excellent. HIGHLY recommend calling Rock Solid and getting estimates from them for counter top solutions.

Do not use these people. They don't explain the process and then when they make a mistake won't fix the product. My handyman told me that they would Cut stone on site, but they showed up and it was already cut and it was cut incorrectly.
They then wanted 400 dollars more from me to fix their error!!!! I ordered it June 14th and they finally after procrastinating, wanted to install it jul 10th. Almost a whole month later. The incompetence runs deep I also just found out that they never gave me the option of an under mount or vessel sink. I found out under mounts are more expensive.

Delivery told 4 weeks normal shutters
6 weeks for the arches
Actual delivery 11 weeks normal shutters
13 weeks arch shutters
Attempts to get the job done 5 !
Sales person tried to over charge for a shutter HE missed ! Also missed an arch , another charge ?
Three attempts to get the correct swing on a particular shutter !
Job done , sales person wanted instant payment , I asked for an invoice , he sent me a text !!!!
Then after all of their delays , accused me of messing HIM around .
BUYERS BE CAUTIOUS!!!!!!!!!

I have used Rock Solid before and they were great!! I don't know what happened in the last 3 yrs but they had a 360 change. Hugo was good at making the deal,however, after signing the order it was a a different story. He promised to send 1) cleaner for my stainless steel sink 2) samples of my 2 choices when the template was being done. Well template guy had no idea of anything. Called Hugo and he was no where to be found. Went up to company to look at the stone and Hugo...no where to be found. Left message to call...never heard. Counter tops went in ok but never received cleaner...called

We engaged Rock Solid to install a new counter top. Alberto (our rep) was very attentive and knowledgable . He arranged every thing from installing, plumbing, electrical and finish work. The precision was remarkable . Everything was completed to our satisfaction in one day!

The granite is pretty, we picked it out.
The people that measured everything made plenty of mistakes, the two clowns that installed everything were clearly non-professionals. DO NOT SETTLE FOR THIS PLACE.

I took a friend to Rock Solid to pick out the style and color of countertops she wanted to put in the kitchen and bathrooms of her house that she was trying to sell. Rock Solid has a very large selection of tile products (stone, marble, granite, etc...) as well as selling some fixtures for houses. Service was good and the gentleman helping us seemed very knowledgeable on countertops. Pricing at Rock Solid was relatively decent. The kind gentleman who was helping us even worked with my friends to get the prices lowered.

After looking at outdoor kitchens places and not finding a simple bar at a reasonable price, I went to see Hugo at Rock Solid to see if he could build a solid granite bar for me in the simple design I had. Hugo worked with me to pick the granite and refine the design. The price was just a little more than a standard free standing straight polywood bar that I saw. I passed on that one because even though the price was good I really wanted an upscale L-shaped bar. Two weeks later I had my bar just as I pictured it. Thank you Hugo. It is beautiful. I will definitely consider adding the granite bar

Rennato helped me pick out EXACTLY what I wanted! When the countertop was installed the cut of the marble was incredibly precise and aligned perfectly. The craftsmanship of the cut marble was PERFECT- and I'm very picky. The installers were super sweet and I couldn't be happier. The only thing that would have made this better is if the installers were trained to reinstall the mirror which I would have gladly paid $100 extra for this service. Rock Solid is just that- ROCK SOLID with everything- I received a follow up call to see if everything turned out right! Thanks Mark!

Update: The countertops we purchased a year ago had to be removed by our contractors to replace the cabinets underneath. They surprisingly all came off in one piece, but a smaller piece broke when it fell on our garage floor. Hugo and Justin were very understanding and helped me find the perfect piece to match our existing countertops. I'm so thankful for the courteous staff at Rock Solid and how they went above and beyond to help me, again!

In a word, no. As others on Yelp have opined about their own experience, the left hand just doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing at Rock Solid. I had done a bit of business with them before and hoped that the negative aspects of my initial experience with them was an anomaly as it was in the middle of a busy "season." It wasn't. I had a recent experience with them for a simple laundry room countertop that was just dismal.

I always wanted to go and and meet Hugo and see what it was all about!! I met Hugo and then Eric, my salesperson. I explained what I needed and Eric showed me my options. I was very happy with the price and quality of the granite that I selected. The team that came to my house were professional, reliable, polite and respected my house by being clean and tidy.
