Had a small water leak that flooded the laundry room and seeped through the floor and into the garage. I immediately jumped to the worst case scenario but Spencer assured me it probably wasn't a big deal. He came by and gave me an estimate. Then when him and his team came by the made quick work of removing the damaged areas. Fortunately, there was no mold and they were in and out in about an hour. The bill was even lower than what the estimate said! Great guys. Highly recommend.

As far as professional services go, this team deserves the highest rating.
Following a flood in my bathroom, I had serious concerns over the build-up of mold due to the moisture. I contacted 911 Restoration following a not-so-pleasant experience dealign with a competitor in the industry who grossly misquoted me on price.
911's team member, Vlad, was incredibly professional and friendly. He immediately came to my home to evaluate the damage and made a point to educated me during every step of the process to ensure that I understood the situation

After accidentally leaving the sink on for over 6 hours, our entire bathroom flooded. Water spread throughout our bedroom, closet, and down the hallway. Afraid to leave things wet for too long, we called 911 restoration and they answered immediately, scheduling us in same day. As soon as they arrived they got started and within 3 days they had completely dried the water from the walls, cabinets, floor, etc. We received a full detailed report of their work from beginning to end which was great. I called 911 restoration after walking into inches of water flooding my whole first floor and water raining from the ceiling. Spencer and the crew made it to my house in a timely fashion. They mitigated any further damage and took the necessary steps to start the drying process. Unfortunately, the lower kitchen cabinets had to be taken out but 911 was able to save all the face plates saving me lots of time and money. I would not hesitate to call them again should another emergency arise. Thanks again!

We had a small battery charger that caught on fire and thank goodness smoldered itself out BUT left behind lots of black soot and an ‘awful’ fire odor through out our Guest House. We contacted 911 Fire Restoration of Las Vegas and spoke with Spencer. He was confident and reassured us they could get rid of this awful smell and black soot which was on everything. Low and behold they did!!! We are beyond thrilled with how everything came out! Spencer and Tanner are Brothers and they were just fabulous to work with! Great company to work with! They were out within an hour after I called. We found water pouring through our ceiling, (which obviously was not a fun thing to find) so to have someone that knew what they were doing out so quick, was very reassuring. They communicated well, were on time and got our house dry! Definitely recommend.
